      This happened at the Durham office on 1/31/23. I've had health problems and haven't been able to continue efforts to get this resolved. Now I'm better.During my cleaning, the hygienist was talking to someone in the hallway the entire time she was "cleaning" my teeth. They still felt dirty after our visit.The dentist said none of us had cavities. The next dentist discovered both my daughters had cavities that should have been caught earlier. One was so deep it nearly needed to be capped not filled.While checking out, the staff pretended to be on the phone with our insurance company to see what's covered under our plan. She said that I owed $300 for each of our deductibles. We paid $900+.Six months later, we scheduled with another dentist. Before our visit, the new dentist requested x-rays from ***************************** When we arrived for our appointment, the new office told us they hadn't received the **************** called the ************************************ We explained that I needed our x-rays. They sent a few of my oldest daughter's but none for me and my other daughter. I called again to explain what happened and the staff hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an accident and they immediately hung up. When I tried again, there was no answer.The new dentist staff called my insurance company who said there were no claims from **************************** at all - ever. Also, they contacted our insurance company and found they cover 100% for preventive care for ****************** for adults. There was no such thing as a $300 deductible for any of us. I checked my account online, then called the insurance company who confirmed this was true.Since the **************************** office staff wouldn't answer my calls, I emailed them to ask for the x-rays - again I only received a few of one daughter's. I requested an invoice to see what we actually paid for. Both requests were ignored.Some time later, I emailed again saying that I planned to come to the office for a refund. I was ignored.

      I started my Invisalign treatment at the ****************************** office and transferred my case to another. I spoke with management for a refund for the part of the treatment plan they promised months ago. I have been contact with management for months and I have emails stating they would get this refunded and have yet to do so. I have been ignored on multiple occasions. This has been a very frustrating process. I was told I would get $800 in refund for my retainers.

      I had an appointment with Night & Day Dental but had to call and cancel it due to duties at work. Even though I called and cancelled three days before my appointment, since March I have been getting texts from Night & Day Dental billing me first for approximately $100 and now for $17.43. When I had to cancel my appointment, I was planning to call back and reschedule when my workload permitted, but at this point, I will never reschedule with them.

      My daughter wrnt to receive treatment on 6/20/24 at the Night and Day dentistry office in ******. Wr both paid for charges on our debit cards. I had to apply and was approved for a credit card with Sunbiit. She asked for a statement of charges, payments abd never received it. She had to go back because od severe pain from th e root canal on 6/23. She asked for an email because they said it would be no charge and for a statement again they refused to give it to her. They wanted her to go get a specialty xray yesterday she told them she just wanted to get tge tooth extracted because of the pain. They told her no, because she didn't get the xray. She sent an email requesting another statement, treatment plans, charges and credits by email. They called her and told her she wouldn't receive one and she was only going to get back 200 of the ***** we hot charged on the credit card. She was quoted ***** for a root canal and two crowns. She sent another email letting them know it was NC law they had to provide us a statement of charges, payments and credits and to only contact her by email. We've received to response.How can we proceed?

      (NADD = Night and Day Dental ******** **** in for a procedure (root scale planning) on 11/17/2023 that provider (NADD) stated I needed to prevent further bone loss. Was given an estimate of $0 out of pocket expenses. I called Ameritas and they stated I'm eligible for the procedure but they needed proof of the bone loss and medical necessity for the procedure. For over 2 months I called this office to send the information/ medical records. They assured me everything was taken care of so in the end I did 1 half of the procedure and ended up having an out of pocket expense of $350.00, which was well over the quote/estimate given. They failed to prove medical necessity and never sent over records to my insurance company according to Ameritas. I recently transferred care and was told bone loss or the severity in which I was told by NADD I was in wasn't the case. This provider basically was dishonest, provided inaccurate or withheld information all while delaying a critical part of my healthcare. These people continue to send me bills but the manager who I been asking to speak to for months will not reach out the respond or rectify the situation.

      Went to Dentist in February 2,2024 to get 3 fillings and a crown. My appointment was at 10:30am. When it got to making the crown they did not know what they were doing. So after sitting in the dentist office from 10:30to4pm the manager comes in to tell me the machine that makes the crowns is having technical difficulties. No one ever communicated that with me not even the ******************* Dr ******* then proceeded to make a mold for the crown really fast to be sent off to be made. The manager never calls you back, office is dirty, lack of communication. I have paid my out of pocket due and still have not received my crown. When I call they say they will call when its ready. It should not take 30 days.

      I went to this dentist ****** for wisdom teeth pain in September, I was told I need to take out a loan because services was not covered by my insurance . I eventually got my teeth pulled by *********** but had issues following procedure . I tried to go back for a follow up due to issues scheduled in ******** ****** canceled appointment and never reached back out for reschedule . I recent went back to this ****** on 2/14/24 seen ************* for *** pain, who told me they could not help me and I needed to seen an Oral Surgeon , she then referred me to an ****** that does not offer service I need. On 2/14/24 I was also told I had a negative balance on my account due to me paying for services that I was originally told was not covered by my insurance but they were and services was charge to me and my insurance , II was then told it would be a long process to get my money back. I am looking to get a proper referral to the correct provider that can help me and a refund for money that was paid

      A had root canal performed by this practice, and had a crown installed at the same time as the root canal. A short time after i had this down the crown cracked and they refused to repair it unless I allowed them to perform a root canal in the tooth in front of the one with the crown. I have gone to Teo different specialist, both have told me that i do not need a root canal in the other tooth, but do need to have that broken crown replaced to avoid further infections. Although still under the warranty timeframe for the crown, they refuse to replace the crown. I have reached out serveral times by calling and email, and they have not even bothered to contact me back and have not resolved this issue.

      I had two teeth extracted on 11/15/2023, and was coaxed into signing up for a ****** loan for $2081. I went home and rethought about the treatment plan. I believed the two extractions were unnecessary because I was able to see the teeth after the extraction and they looked perfectly fine.I didn't want anymore extractions, or the partial they took impressions for. So I called the office and asked them to cancel the impressions and treatment plan, and that I was not going to go through with the other extraction. She told me that she would have to call the lab and see if she can get the impressions back before they made them. And she would call me back tomorrow. She did call back the next day saying she was able to stop the impressions and that I would have to come into the office to pay $500 for the two extractions I received. I did not hear her say I had 72 hours to complete this. I went into the office 12/07/2023 around 10:15am to pay the $500 so she could cancel the ****** loan. I was told it was a done deal and that the impressions were made. I told her that I told her to cancel the impressions weeks ago and that they were thrown away. She denied this and said I had 72 hours to come into the office from the last phone call. I took the impressions home because she said they were not refundable. So I am stuck in a loan for dental work I have not received and told to cancel. I was also told I have 30 days to cancel a loan with ****** and I believe she is waiting for the time to pass so I will be stuck in the loan. I reached out to ****** 12/07/2023 and made a complaint and I received a email on 12/08/2023 stating that Night and Day Dental has denied a readjustment to my loan. I do not have insurance, and was paying out of pocket which is why they can get away with saying they performed dental work that I didn't receive nor wanted. I declined wanting the extraction and the partial weeks ago.

      I have been a patient at Night & Day Dental, ****** location for a few years with no issues *************** year. When ************* left in June/July 2022 so did my invisalign treatment. The office didn't replace him and that left me looking for another ortho. First I called the office several times trying to get an AAO form filled out and I kept getting the run around. I finally talked to a receptionist after many weeks of no form and she informed me that she didn't know what an AAO form was. I got the new dentist office to call and explain what we needed (March 2023) and here it is July 2023 and the only thing I received was my X-rays because that's ""all they can send me". They don't give patients their records. Now it's been a year I'm out of $5000 plus dollars and I still haven't received treatment because of Night & Day Dental. If I don't get the forms I pretty much have to start all over plus pay a transfer fee. Who has money to waste like that, not me? At this point all I want is half my money back (because my treatment was not completed) and my dental records including invisalign treatment plan. I really hate that it has come to this.
