      The worst experience with a ************************* in ********* on Blue diamond. Cheap sales tactics to gain small commissions. I did not authorize or express interest in the purchase of cell phone accessories when the sales associate open the box on his own accord and then charged me for it. I was told I had 30 days to bring it back if I didn't want to just test it out, when I brought it back for the return I was given condescending treatment so they would not have to take it back. Back. Finally, when the return was initiated, they canceled it on the back end a few days later!

      They acquired (NO!)Go Wireless which had horrible business practices from the Executives on down to store management and theft sales people. Knowing that, they made very few upper and mid level management changes numbering all together 3. Rather than address poor customer service, they focused on increased profits by any means. You should not be surprised at being poorly treated and cheated and at the very least, mis lead when you enter the doors of any of their stores which often DO NOT ever display advise or even admit they are an Authorized RESELLER & NOT A FLAGSHIP Store and NOT A ******* STORE which has many consequences and limitations when you have any issue with products purchases plans or anything else you THINK is covered by *******'s WELL KNOWN Excellence in ***************** Warranty and Liability. If you have a problem with them, whether you were smart enough or lucky enough to first inquire if they were *******, they are not, you will have an extremely frustrating and ultimately unsatisfactorily resolution or none at all in which, ******* will not help as you dealt with someone other than them and therefore, they are NOT liable or about to shell out anything for what someone not employed by them said or did, buyer beware. Maybe worst of all, you find a wall of silence from upper management and corporate personnel, and if you write reviews capturing what happened, only then will you find that those people are paying attention but they limit there involvement to responding with official sounding answers that contradict your statements and flat out LIE about what happened, what they tried to do to resolve this, and how often they attempted to contact you with generous though not required offers to maintain an image of a good choice to seek service and sales. Research them and Go(away) Wireless. Let the reviews speak for themselves.

      Misleading sales. Do no disclose activation fees to customer (just described as taxes). Offer free devices without discussing the monthly plan associated. **** ***** in ** is not an acceptable retail location. It should be closed for misleading sales tactics.

      I went to the ******* / Victra store in October, on Rt 37 in **********. They said they would give me ******* for my 2 IPhones, They had a promotion for @ free iPhone 15"s and Apple watches.I asked the sales person how much my bill would be a month, he said ****** I paid them ****** at the store my first bill was ****** for October Dec and Januarys bills were ****** they lied about the charges, and they lied about ******* for my 2 iPhone trade ins I decided to go back to mobile because they had a much better price.today I relceived a bill from ******* for ********, can something be done about this? I am a retired senior citizen , there is no way i can pay this. Can something be about this robbery ?Sincerely, *****************************

      I went with my daughter 11/16/23 salesman ****. He said he would give us $1000 trade in for her phone but first you have to pay it off $450 so I reluctantly did it. He said if we change our mind we have 3 days to return and get her phone back. Then he said here's an Apple watch and IPAD. We said no we don't need that just the phone. He dramatically said why not they are 100 % free if you don't take them I will they're free. Then he shows us the phone and when we don't take the insurance he gets short. Then he attempts to open the watch and put a protector on it I said absolutely not we are not going to use it. He is bagging everything up and says ok its $371, I said I just paid you $450 what's this for ? This is fees , screen protector , case and the charging block that he insisted we needed but never discussed prices. My daughter pays this. I ask for a receipt for the phone we traded in. That's when I noticed we only got $700 for the phone I said wait you said you gave us $1000 for the phone he said that has nothing to do with him that is ******* it can go either way. I call the very next morning because I felt like I got taken advantage of and said I want to return everything **** said her phone is gone and he is off just call him on Monday. I immediately call the store and speak to ********************* the **** He is very arrogant and I felt threatened. He said her phone is gone and it will cost you more to return everything then to just keep it. He said if I return her phone I will have to buy another phone because of our contract. I returned the watch and iPad 11/22/23 **** was arrogant and argued with me in a crowded store. Now almost a month later and still the NIGHTMARE is not over I'm being charged over $1000 because ******* hasn't received the items back to their warehouse ? And we found out today they added changes and charges to our account that we did not authorize. How many complaints before Attorney ****************************** looks into this franchise ? BUYER BEWARE

      They changed my plan to a more expensive one without my permission after I left they store. They also spoke to me like a child when they were unable to tell me the value of my trade in.

      The service was the worst ever. They lied about the charges and everything. Charged me for two phone $600 and when returned they still stayed with a lot of my money. The employee accepted all the terms in the system for me without allowing me to read everything. He opened the phones, cases and screen protectors without notifying me the costs and services, and dared to charge me $80 for setting my phones. When ** entitled to choose if I wanted to set it up myself. They do not say all the information needed to proceed with the order. It was the worst service ever! The employee did not wanted to accept the devolution for the phones, we had to call victra directly to do it. And still returned just $110 out $604. They took the money without reason. WORST SERVICE EVER.

      HORRIBLE PLACE! on 9/3/23 I was quoted an upgrade package. I purchased it on 9/10 and it was never applied. Now hundreds of extra dollars and two months later I am still arguing with a manager to get it corrected. ******* owes me almost $500 at this point because of Victra's incompetence. The ********** do not know what they are doing and I guess we the public are stupid for taking a salesperson at his word. They are not trained to do anything have to call a guy named "****" in order to do anything. They have no integrity at this store and it goes up the chain to the managers who are inept. ******* should not allow this place to do what they do. I regret ever walking into this place.

      I went to the Victoria (******* authorized dealer) store on and switched from **** wireless to ******* wireless. I was told by the salesman that I would be paid $1,000 for my iPhone 12 and $500 for my iPhone 11. I was asked to sign numerous screens during this process. I was also told my bill would be lower than what I was paying to ****. I walked out of the store with two new phones and not one sheet of paperwork. I went back to the store the next day to speak to a manager and the salespeople saw me enter the store and walked away - I was the only customer there. I was told that they couldn't help me because the salesman wasn't there. The second time I returned to the store to talk to a manager, I informed her that I received no receipt or confirmation of what transpired on 6/8/23. I also told the manager that my experience was so odd that I wanted to make sure it was a legitimate store and transaction. The manager was helpful but still could't (wouldn't?) provide me with a receipt from my 6/8/23 transaction. Since 6/8/23 I found out I was given $720 for my iPhone 12 and $135 for the iPhone 11. On 6/11/23 I did receive a receipt for my iPhone 11 ($135 as opposed to the $500 I was told by the salesman on 6/8/23). Since my first bill from ******* I have had to call each month because credit for one or both trade-ins has not been given to me. *********** on 6/8/23 was very deceitful and didn't apparently know what he was doing.
