1/16/2021 At approximately 4:00 I went to get my pet from this place to find out they weren't doing what they said they were doing. Nobody could tell me the exact timing of when my puppy ate. They said she ate all of her food which is impossible because of how much I packed. They proceeded to then steal a bag of her prepackaged food. She wasn't being taken to the bathroom like she was supposed to. And I watched two other dogs that were getting picked up go outside and take the longest pee. And my puppy did the same the second I managed to get her home. They overcharged me and ruined her toys. Her bedding was in shambles. These are things she does not do at home nor with any other sitters. She's not destructive of her things or others. Then they proceeded to say I was in the place cussing everyone out. If I was cussing everyone out why did the girl offer to help me to my car? So they were straight creating blasphemy on my phone and proceeded to bully me about an honest review I left about feeling overcharged. They were worried about their safety and was trying to leave out of the building at 5. Not taken in consideration my puppy. You would think for 82.00 a night for 24 hours they would've take better care of her. Instead when I mentioned how they could've at least did something special for her with me paying 82.00 for a one night stay. And it not even being a full 24 hours. Instead telling me their website doesn't say that they go off the home schedule which is a lie it's on their website. They were completely ignorant and disrespect and racist because I am African American and I was vocal in a professional way. I can't help that their are businesses that are better than them out there. Giving way more than they are offering and are honest about their fees upfront. They rushed me to get her in and was like well you can't just drop her off on Sunday at 8am. Just to have them not answering the phone ever. I've called and was unsuccessful getting them to answer.
