      On December 9, 2021 i dropped off a leather jacket to be cleaned. They required a $25.00 deposit and gave me a projected pick up date of 12/25/2021, which they had to send the jacket out to be cleaned because it's a leather coat. I received a text the next week saying my jacket was ready for pick up.... i thought something was strange because they said it would take more time. I went to pick up the jacket and my instinct told me to look at it. Well, it was a mess i took pictures of it and left it, and asked for the owner to call me to see what had happened. I waiting a couple of weeks and no one called. I called many times in between asking for the owner and they said that they didn't come in until 10 am or so. Left messages, this is there ******* office where i dropped the jacket off at. Finally I sent a certificated letter and gave them 10 days, on the 9th day ****** ****** called me she did not say who she was just my jacket was ready for pick up. So after a couple of minutes I called the ******* office back and ask to speak to the person who had just called and they said it was ****** ****** and she had just left. So they called her on her cell and she called me back. I asked her had she looked at the jacket and she said she had and she didn't see anything wrong with it and that hurt my feeling because this was not the jacket I had dropped off to be cleaned. It had wrinkles at the bottom, on the collar, sleeves. And she didn't see anything wrong with the coat. So I had asked her for the notes on how they received the jacket, and when it went out to the leather cleaner again to see what the condition of the coat was, she never give them to me. So, she sent it back and it is worst. It's smaller now and a selection of the collar leather is missing and the hem and sleeve is still not right. I have left a text and 2 messages for Gloria to call and settle up with destroying my leather jacket.
