He also gave us a tour of their manufacturing facilities where the buildings are made. Great team of workers. 1 starI purchased a steel shop from Grizzly Steel structures in July of 2023,,the salesman ******************* was very helpful and polite and gave me a great price,,and then he gave me the dimensions of my concrete pad,,,and the he called me back and added a larger amount to the pad because of the so called code of my are,,my concrete guys said that was a lot larger than the building so we called ***** back and he said yes its larger and they would not put the building on anything smaller than that size pad,,so i went on and spent all that extra money because i had already put the deposit down on the shop and it was non refundable,,so they came on and put the shop up on the pad and the pad stuck out close to a 10 inches from the shop,,i didnt like that so i called him back and he said that had to be done so i went with it,,the first rain flooded my shop under the rollup doors because the roof doesnt hang over the concrete,,and then i saw that i had one metal brace above a rollup door and didnt have a brace over the other two,,i got on a ladder and that one brace had one s**** in it and you can move it back an forth with your hand,,i call him back and he promised me that he would get both problems taken care of,,i talked to several people that he put me in contact with and they wanted pictures,,i sent the pictures and they said they would talk to scheduling and get it taken care of,,three months went by and i never heard anything back so i called ***** and left several messages..he never returned my calls and he stopped answering for me,,i talked to a **** and a paco and they also promises to get my problems fixed and they would schedule to have it done,,its been almost a year and i still have the same problem because they stopped answering the phone for me,,im starting here and if i cant get the problem fixed after this then im contacting my attorney,,no one wants to spend close to ****** dollars and cant get a couple of builders errors taken care of!Review fromNikolas A

5 starsI have chosen Grizzly among others just because ****** helped me out since day one and answered all my questions It was my first building so I learned a lot Also not being just a common design there was a lot of back and forth till I get exactly what I wanted I havent received my building yet but so far so good Wanted to thank ****** in public and help future customers Looking forward to a smooth completion of my project My race team depends on that ?? cheers yallReview fromRay K

5 stars******************************* with Grizzly garage was my salesperson and was excellent. Gave me good advice and a good price. And was patient with me as I got the pad ready. The installers were also amazing. They put the building up in less then 10 hours (evening and next day). Totally good experience and I LOVE my garage. Hello Mr. *****, we sincerely apologize about the inconvenience of this situation. The installation crew had a delay on their previous building/job before going out to erect yours, hence this is traveling construction. On the agreement that was sent to you for electronic signature (in which you signed), it does notate that "Buyer agrees to give Seller up to (3) installation attempts to deliver said product." because this is travel construction and some delays can be expected. With that being said, once the crew arrived, the installation site was off-level by approximately 30 inches. The building specialist did advise that when doing ground installations, sites need to be level within 3-4 inches. On the Ground Level Disclaimer, it also mentions that the site needs to be level with 3-4 inches in which you also signed. Since this was about 30 inches, the installation crew was not able to erect this building on your property.
We are from being from dishonest and having horrible customer service. We are very transparent with our buildings and installation policies to avoid situations like these where you failed to fulfill your end of the purchase agreement. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

First off when you schedule then no call and no show three times that is not being transparent. Second of all your crew is lying. The building site was 3" inches off level to your specifications and mine so there would be proper drainage for livestock. Your crew did not even measure. I was standing there watching them. From many other complaints this seems to be the reputation your company has. If you do not correct the problem I will seek further legal action against your company. The installation crews try their best to show up when they are supposed to because they take the customer's time very valuable but unfortunately, with the rare occasion, situations like these happen because this is traveling construction. These were the images we and our partnered manufacturer North Carolina Carports and Garages received from the installation crew. We do not have the reputation you are saying we have based on our great reviews we have across multiple locations. Please do not slander our company. Please give us a call to make sure you have our correct mailing address because we have not received anything.R. R.

It is not slander if it is true. Every bad review you have has the same issue that I am having with you. There is no way the site is off 30 inches as you claim. The site is off three inches; per your requirements. 30 inches is over two feet. I have done ground preperation work for a living and your company DID NOT show up when promised THREE TIMES and refused to put my building up. So you either refund my money or come put the building up. Bottom line or I WILL file a lawsuit against you and your subcontracted company. It is definitely not true, hence our reviews. Our goal is not to keep your money under false pretense that you will get a building when in reality you aren't. That is not our goal. We (GSS and NCCG) will fulfill our end of the agreement if the customer fulfills their end of the agreement. The installation crew went out and couldn't erect due to it being off-level. If you claim that your site is level now, the re-stock fee will be waived for this one time and you will be put back on schedule. The scheduler did advise that in your area, you are looking at 8-11 weeks out on installation. Please let us know what you want to do.Review fromDavid B
