2 starsI was looking for an outbuilding and stumbled across *** Metal Structure. They appeared to have fairly good reviews so I gave them a chance. In the beginning, ****** was very helpful getting me set up. As time progressed, I was promised call backs but never did. After a month goes by, I had to reach out to them. I had to threaten them with cancellation before they even taken me seriously. On top of that, they dont even know what the blue print consist of. So, if you want to obtain a permit from the county, go somewhere else who knows what theyre talking about. These sales *** at *** Metal has no clue and theyre just trying to make a quick sale. The concrete company that they use are not on the same page with them. *************, who they use for their metal building provider has people who does an okay installation. The quality of the cuts and install cut be better if they take their time. Overall, the communication is poor. The customer service is terrible. The quality work can be improved. Would I recommend USA Metal Structure? No. I recommend going with someone local and a company who will put you first and stands behind their work.USA Metal Structures, LLC

Wed also like to clarify one important detail regarding the concrete work. To help meet your countys strict permitting requirements, USA Metal Structures paid over $400 out of pocket to upgrade the footer size beyond what was originally included in your concrete contract. This was done at no additional charge to you, solely to ensure your project could move forward without issue.Our goal has always been to support our customers through the process, even when it means taking on extra costs ourselves.Review fromChris B

1 starThey installed a damaged door and they were going to either replace or they offered me $250. They haven't followed through on either. I've had 2 roof leaks. When their crew came out the first time they criticized the installthey had to overlap a new panel to fix the leak. They have no-showed on fixing the 2nd leak for MONTHS so I finally hired someone else to come fix it. That cost me an additional $250. On top of that 1 side of the building leaks when there's heavy rain because they didn't install the wall panels low enough. I've had to use tape to reduce the amount of water flowing into the building. USA Metal Structures, LLC

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration regarding the issues with your building. However, USA Metal Structures is a vendor and does not handle installations directly. All warranties, guarantees, and repair concerns must be addressed with the building contractor responsible for your *********** placed your order in December 2023, and your contract, including any repair agreements or discounts offered, is with C&A Metal Structures, the shop that manufactured and installed your building. Any discussions regarding a $250 payment were made by C&A Metal Structures, not USA Metal Structures, and we were not involved in that agreement.We recommend reaching out to C&A Metal Structures directly to resolve these concerns. If you need assistance in contacting the appropriate team there, we are happy to provide their information.
