I am currently trying sell my house with this company. I have had a poor customer experience, where I keep getting passed to someone else to help. For example, I would call and be told, okay **** is not here, so ******* can help you, I talk to him, just to be told, oh, you need to talk to ****, but he's on vacation, damm it. I felt rushed to sign this contract, and while I still had tenants in the house, they had realtors visiting the house and it was posted on the *** using the pictures I provided to assess the property, forcing our tenants to depart early. I am trying to get from under this contract, as I will see a lawyer today. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN SO FAST, DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST.Review from Jonathan W

Terrible Experience. Don't use these guys, they are a SCAM. They will make you an offer and rush you into a contract. They will put a really long inspection period (using the "BUSINESS DAYS" verbage instead of days), and slip in a part about getting your power of attorney, so they can sign all the forms needed to list your house on the *** with another real estate agent, at a price you didn't agree to/don't have any say on. They were unable to sell my house in the 70+ days I've been waiting to close, so 1 week before our closing date, they cancelled the contract. We've been waiting for MONTHS to get this done, and really needed that house sold. Instead, I've had to continue to pay the mortgage, and maintain the property, and was unable to list it with anyone else, while they were trying to flip it.Review from Adam M

Our transaction got handed off to a few different reps which was a bit confusing, but they maintained an excellent level of communication and I always felt like I knew what was going on. The offer was a bit lower than I wouldve liked but we got it done on a quick timeframe. Overall the team is solid and working with them was pleasant.Review from Matt P

Well, I think that TLC is a snake Company. On May 12 2023 they said they would buy my late son's house. Had me get an extension on the foreclosure. After I had made it clear that the house was in bad shape, I was upfront with them about all problems with the house. Then they said they could not make the 30-day closer, I said OK. Then today 6/23/2023 they called me and said they were backing out of the deal as the home was in bad shape, well no s*** that is what I told them.So try somebody else, because TLC do not know what they are doing.*****************Review from Samantha W

So glad I got to work with their team! They gave us a competitive offer and even expedited the closing to make it convenient for our needs. I already had intentions to sell to another buyer but they gave me the confidence that going with them was a sure thing, and I'm pleased with the result.Review from Marlene H

The biggest scam ever they pretend that they're going to buy your property instead they hold it for a month 3 weeks saying that they have a two-week walk-in period but it's business days which pushes it to 3 weeks as they turn around and list it with another agent at a price you didn't ask for it to be listed and then they snake you the whole time. A very very bad company very underminding fake company that pretends like they're buying your property and they turn around and list it with another agent. And then they hold up your property that show that you're not able to sell it. And they have no desire to buy your property whatsoever they're just turning around and flipping your property as soon as you sign the contract with them they are trying to relist it and sell it and if they don't they cancel the contract.
