I paid for a one week promotion which was supposed to also get us a report 3-5 business days after the campaign finished. Its been a full month now and we never received the report. The only way to contact customer support is to fill out a form. The problem is, second item on the form is an inactive selection that you cant choose. It wont submit the form unless you pick one but its not even active. SCAM!!!Initial Complaint

I emailed reverberation to take down my song called sumi from streaming platforms. They dont respond to any of my emails. Its been 15 business days. I have sent them multiple emails, they just simply blocked communication. Theyre illegally making money off of music and not paying me a fine for it.Initial Complaint

Reverneration is simply supposed to distribute an artists music, regardless of their personalized opinions about the genre or subject matter. However, if they choose to get "personal", and NOT distribute the music, that's OK, however, i want my refund.Initial Complaint

This business has made a trap for musicians who are struggling and would like to get their music heard. The site doesn't provide it's claim--it let's you get down to the last steps of uploading a song that can be published for all to hear, and will not accept the actual composer's name. I checked on three different devices and there is no way to add that name!Initial Complaint

I am being billed multiple times for the same service such as a weekly $35 that is billed to me three times at the same date, to run the same week! I have asked them for help canceling some of these and followed instructions over and over.. when I look under services and their amounts, it is nowhere near what I am actually being billed for. I cant cancel anything that they are not showing I am purchasing but its been taken out of my bank account. To date I have paid them around $500.. I have tried many times to contact a live person. I keep getting the same canned response. I am 63 and fully disabled. I want my money back Id rather have food kindly help me. They are very misleading.Initial Complaint

Bought premium plan. 5 of the 7 1/2 months on it, something has been broken. I have asked repeatily to support for the last 4 months to fix my broken fan count, only to get a chain mail reaction and nothing gets done. Then I ask for a refund and they want me to join something, that I did not need to get a refund.I told them, you took my money wothout having to join what they call Bandlab. I would much rather have a fix but after 4 months of inaction, I give up. Missing **** fans.Initial Complaint

I have contacted the company via ********************************** to get 2 songs removed. When I was first in this position I was a bit confused what songs needed to be removed, was a bit anxious due to a horrible past with this person who owns the profile page that I need to get my vocals removed. They made a mistake and removed the wrong song. I noticed and apologized for this mistake and informed the correction. They were quick to help with the first time I contacted but still to this time after contact multiple people via email support & abuse department. I'm still waiting for a response to simply get my songs removed that have my vocals. It's also online identity related. I have had a person named ***** from the support department continuously tell me to stop making requests to submit help when NO ONE has informed me any valid information on what is actually going on with my situation or even moving forward. If you are the customer and are not being helped, does it not make sense to simply submit a new request after the others were closed or "solved" with no follow up? Luckily I screen spotted alot of this for my own safety.Initial Complaint

After being a customer of their digital distrubution for over 7 years, they have just taken down every song I've ever uploaded, as well as my musician profile from every streaming platform. My account has been locked, with no explanation, no headsup. I've contacted their support and fraud prevention teams multiple times, with not a single response. This morning I saw that they had "solved" my tickets, still without an answer. My music AND the royalties I had earned have been taken hostage by this company and they are now ignoring me. Stay away from them.
