I would highly recommend Urban Grind Roofing for anyone who is inquiring about a roof replacement. We had some hail damage, so I called and AJ came out to take a look. The inspection process was painless and advanced, they didn't need to climb, they just used a drone. Upon completion of the inspection, ** worked with me and my insurance company to submit a claim. The claim was approved! We have a fairly large, steep roof and the crew were able to complete the job in a single day. The new roof looks GREAT! Their crew also was very attentive cleaning up afterwards. (Roof replacement creates a lot of debris, nails, etc.) and the team constantly scanned my property for errant nails, shingles, etc. They even swept out my garage! If you or anyone you know needs to have their roof repaired or replaced I highly recommend Urban Grind Roofing ************************************** My insurance company sent me a letter 3 days after my husband died that they were dropping us at the end of our contract in 6 weeks, because we had some damaged shingles. I had never heard of such a thing. I was in a panic. My friends had used Urban Grind Roofers and had a great experience with them so I called and explained what was going on and they were at my house the next day. **** went on the roof and took lots of pictures and found storm damage. He even called the insurance company to start the claim for me because I was too upset to talk. Two days later the insurance adjuster came to the house and **** was there to meet him and join him in the inspection. The insurance company agreed to replace the vents and some of the shingles along the edges **** didnt think it was enough and went back on the roof and took a video of how the shingles fell apart when he worked around the vents. They agreed that more money was needed to complete the job. I have never worked with a vendor that was as committed to getting the job done right and protecting my needs as well. Thats a very rare thing in deed.

URBAN GRIND ROOFING We recently had a new roof put on our house. Some of the neighbors had their roof checked for hail damage from storms in the recent past. We in turn had ours checked by Urban Grind Roofing and they inspected it and indeed we had damage to our roof as well. Our insurance company approved the new roof and it was completely replaced. Urban Grind Roofing did an excellent job and replaced the roof in one day. We are highly satisfied with the job they did and with the new roof. The whole process took less then a month from the time of inspections of completion. I would highly recommend Urban Grind Roofing.

Urban Grind door knocked on our home and Im so glad they did. They were doing a re-roof on a neighbors home and found potential hail damage on our roof. They offered to meet with the adjuster and walked us through the entire process from how the claim process worked to showing us all of our options and colors when selecting our new shingle. As soon as the claim was approved they were quick to get materials on site and had our renew roof on and cleaned up within a day and a half.
