On August 8, 2023 I called Love Well to inquire about a quote for a well abandonment. They asked me to send them a copy of the permit for the Well abandonment which I did. When I asked for a quote later on, they told me that the job was done without sending me a quote and send me an invoice for $1800. They never called me, just kept sending me the same invoice. I heard from another well company that they did the same thing to another client. Im will to pay up to $1200 which is the budget I had left for the preparation of my land. The agent that helps me with the mobile home installation and purchase tried to reach them many time without avail and when she finally talked to someone they just told her that the job was done so they needed to be paid. Love Well is keeping a form hostage that will allow me to complete the well abandonment process.Business response

I have attached a revised invoice for #***** for the $1200.00 owed along with the ***30 for the well abandonment. We we instructed by your agent that was moving in the mobile home to proceed with the work, that it needed to be done asap.
As far as the bill it was an error on our part. Please except this correction and our apology. I hope you have a great Thanksgiving and may *** Bless you and your family.
