We purchases 3 windows and had them installed, we love the windows but the installers left a large shard of glass from when they broke the old window getting it out. My daughter cut her toes on it. We recently purchased 2 main doors and 2 storm doors ($10,000 total paid in full at time of installation). The first installer make a lot of mistakes and it has taken a year to get this company to fix and resolve the issues. I have had to contact the owner multiple times because they don't follow up and make sure their people are taking care of issues. The owner said he would send gift cards also because of all the issues and us having to wait so long. No gift cards and still their are things not finished. When I spend $10,000 with a company I expect to be a priority and they should follow up and make sure their employees are getting things done. This company was beyond frustrating to deal with and I did not feel like a priority and I had to hound the company to fix the problems that they knew about from the beginning. We have had their guys out to our house 3 times and still things are not resolved.
