            Poor work and unfinished service. Manage agreed to repair and complete but no response in last 7 days. Excerpt of email:From: *************************** <********************> Sent: Thursday, November 17, 2022 8:45 AM To: 'Affordable Handyman Service' <*********************************************************>Subject: RE: AFFORDABLE HANDYMAN SERVICE I am ok with this solution. Just a note that the space over the garage is actually 16 feet. As long as we all agree that the fixes are acceptable when finished we can proceed. I am pretty much available any day after today. Let me know when you want this scheduled.**** From: Affordable Handyman Service <*********************************************************> Sent: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 11:53 PM To: *************************** <********************>Subject: Re: AFFORDABLE HANDYMAN SERVICE Hello ************* bought the 5 ft section where tape was missing They didnt do this on purpose I assure you It was over looked somehow. I apologize for that inconvenience also the area where the bubble is could be fixed in 2 minutes As far as the ladders I apologize for them using the ladders we can clean the remaining small amount of drywall mud off for you. The guys also said they had to put a second skim coat on some areas I believe where you send pics With light sand this will become smooth Here is what I can do for you to fix it 1.fix the small bubble area 2.do the area in garage that was missed tape/mud 3 clean up the small white spots of mud 4 sand the 2 areas that a second coat was applied Not the entire garage 5 wash off the ladders and remove the small amount of white mud. Very small amount should clean right off This should take around 2 hours to do this job For the guys to complete Is this something you are interested in us doing for you Again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you we try to do our best to please all of our customers. Thank you ************ need to get this resolved as see it as a breech of contract.

            I believe this company is starving for work. I asked for a quote. It was actually a reasonable quote. But when I stated I was not going to go with the first quote I got he got rude and nasty. Even if he is the lowest quote he definitely will not get jobs with his terrible customer **********************. The fact that he asks for addresses makes this a very dangerous interaction. I have to agree with Virginia - this person is not well.. I am just glad I have a man in the house because his responses are very concerning. If they are so good at what they do why are they available the next day and then get rude when you don't hire them immediately. The whole thing reeked of desperation. Said I wasted all of his precious 15 mins for the quote. Told me to go kick rocks.
