      I hired Primus Home Services LLC ("Primus"), ** License# *******, to convert a bonus room into two separate bedrooms and to install laminate flooring on the stairs and throughout the entire second floor of my home. My point of contact was *********************, the president of the company. Despite our agreement that he would obtain permits (and our payment for same), ***** began the project in a state where his company is not licensed and he did not obtain a permit. There is now a Stop Work order on our home. We paid $22,382.67, which represented 50% of the cumulative estimate and *****/Primus have been completely unresponsive to our requests for a refund.

      I contacted Primus Home services in June of 2023 for my basement renovation. The **/owner came out with another employee to look at the space and discuss the project. They were on time and both presented them selves as professional project managers that would oversee the full project by hiring contractors and purchasing items we wanted for the space. After agreeing on a design and price, a design fee of $500 dollars was paid. They were always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had either by email, call or text. Once the final design was done a deposit of $25,417.90 was required which I paid in August of 2023. After that the **/owner started not returning phone calls or text right away and would be days before I would hear from him. Every time he had an excuse on why it took so long to get back to me. I kept asking for a date to start the basement but he would first say he needed the electrician to come look at the space, then it was the plumber to look at the space and finally it was the general contractor to sign off on the plans before they could start. Finally the ** came to look and a start date was given of 9/25/23. Before that we were having some work done around our kitchen island. The first day the contractor didn't show up. The next schedule date he showed up but said the job was bigger than what the **/owner said it was and wasn't happy. He was supposed to come back the third day and finish the job but never showed up. After two days of texting, calling and emailing the ** finally texted and said it was a mix up and the contractor would be out Thursday and Friday of that week to complete the job. He never showed up and we have not heard back for the **/owner since. Since then I have heard that he owes some of hi employees and contractors money and they are seeking legal actions. I gave him a lot of money and just would like it back.

      This company was supposed to install a kitchenette and once the project ($12,154.70) Downpayment was provided I did t hear from them for weeks. I finally got in touch with the general manager (and I think owner) *****************, he scheduled the project manager to come out but the guy never came, only to find out ***** said he was late from another job but that wasnt true because the guy told me it was never scheduled and he was out of town. Ive never heard from them again. No return texts, phone calls, emails. One cell has now been disconnected and the mailbox isfull at the office number listed of which nobody has ever answered the phone. I want my money back for breach of contract - no products or services rendered. It has now been nearly 2 months!

      On June 7, I paid $19,771.34 for a complete kitchen remodeled. Cabinets change, floors redone, new lightening put in, walls painted, stair case redone with railing added. The first two weeks they knocked out walls, scrapped popcorn from ceiling, surface wallls to start painting, put in ceiling lighting. During the month of July the project slowed down. They no longer sent out updates on what would be next nor answered phone call were made, nor answer text nor email. On August 14th, ********************* came to my resident with cabinet tops to install and said a painter would follow and the project was preparing to be completed in 2 weeks. August 15, there was no show and no completion of the cabinets nor did anyone come out to paint. Tried to contact ***** by text and again no response. Now I have a non functioning kitchen, because the electrical still needs to be fixed, no kitchen sink has been installed. And ******* nor ***** are answering to complete the

      Home Renovation by Primus Home Services. On April 11 2023 #EST ****** $17,328.87. April 13 2023 Design Fee #EST-000051 $500.00 PAID. April 18th 2023 retainer #RET-00088 of $8,664.44 PAID. To date, no start date has been provided and no follow up for status. The owner of Primus told me that he was told by his General Contractor that the job had been completed. The biggest issue with that is that there is still a balance on the job that would have been due at the time of completion, which has not been paid because nothing has been done. At this point I'd like my money back because I have defiantly been misled, there is a trust issue, and I'd like the job completed, preferably by someone else.
