Back in 2017 we had a rep named Bonnie S*******, she was helping us with our ad in The Flyer. The last time we spoke was August 2019 by email. I paid her for all of the services but I am now in June of 2021 receiving emails and phone calls stating that I owe Clipper Magazine $570.00 I requested from them a contract or proof for 9/9/19, 9/16/19, 9/30/19, & 10/14/19 to show I really do owe them money only to be sent a statement. The liaison agent I spoke to Amy: phone number ************, who refused to give me her last name, was extremely rude and told me to deal with the collection agent *************** instead of helping me. I am seeking help as I feel this is a fraud because I have been provided no proof and am tossed from one person to another not to be helped but instead feel attacked.Business response
