Stay far away from this company!We used them to plan our honeymoon in Hawaii, thinking it would take some of the stress away. In the end, I had to book my own flights, my own hotels, and most of the food. The excursions they did plan and schedule were through partner companies who crammed as many people into each as possible and had the worst schedule ever. Dinners were at 4:30 or 5:00 PM, and some of the activities stated at 5 AM - and if you miss anything because of their poor scheduling, there's no refunds or exchanges, you just forfeit the money. Furthermore, the dinners they scheduled were always at ***************** or Hula Grill found in presumably their partner hotel. The food was good, but a little variety would have been nice. Lastly, on our first day their was no Lei greeter like there was supposed to be and no one to take us to our hotel. They "made it up to us" by shipping the Lei to our hotel in our final day (what the heck am I supposed to do with them as we're leaving?). Throughout the experience, I was willing to say their customer service was great, but once they get your money and you on the island, you're on your own.In hindsight, I should have just planned the whole trip; it would have been cheaper, less confining, and a heck of a lot less stressful.

Aloha Hawaiian vacations was easy to book. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Each of our hotels, cars, restaurants, and tours were seamlessly booked and easy to use the vouchers sent just before our departure. Everything was planned for us. Love Maui and the beach. Great hiking and waterfalls. Kauai is more rural but absolutely beautiful! I wouldn’t recommend the dinner sunset cruise - not a sit down meal and little seating. Oahu is very crowded, if you like cities, you’ll love it. Lots of shopping. Pearl Harbor is a must do. I wouldn’t recommend doing 3 island in 12 days, it was tiring but gorgeous! Don’t include too many tours, give yourself time to enjoy the beach and drive around! We will go back!Review from Dan K

My wife and I used Aloha Hawaiian Vacations for our honeymoon in 2018. Everything went perfectly until a hurricane blew in which brought along a wild fire to boot. Suffice to say, things went downhill quickly. All of our events after the second day were cancelled. The hotel started running out of food after a couple of days. The heroic staff did their best to keep us safe and fed but were understandably super short-staffed as many employees could not get in to the Royal Lahaina for several days. Of course a hurricane is not anyone's fault. We did worry though that AHV might give us problems with refunds for excursions we couldn't take. THEY WERE AMAZING!! We were promptly refunded for all of the cancelled events with no questions asked. Fast forward to 2023 and we are going back for a honeymoon redo. We didn't think twice about who to go with this time. Aloha Hawaiian Vacations was the only company we would ever consider! We can recommend them without hesitation!Review from Stephanie B

What a treat! We had a perfect girls trip (Waikiki 4 day saver package). The included meals and drinks exceeded our expectations. It was nice having everything spelled out so carefully so we could just enjoy our vacation and now wonder about any detailsReview from Hannah M

Aloha Hawaiian Vacations made our trip to Maui unforgettable! We didn't have to stress about planning or spending money while on the island. Everything was taken care of for us so we could just relax. Communication and service were always exceptional. The accommodations were wonderful, the meals were delicious, and the activities were amazing! I have and definitely will recommend to anyone and everyone in the future.Review from Jill H

Beyond any shadow of doubt, this was the best vacation company we have ever worked with! Everything is super organized and planned out for you. You literally just have to show up and enjoy yourself! They make sure that everything, and I mean everything is prepared and ready to go. They give you plenty of options to choose from and are there for you every step of the way. Words cannot truly Express how thrilled we were with it all. I would use them again and again!! This is seriously the BEST Hawaiian vacation company out there! Bryan and Heather helped me extensively and within only two days of booking research (and, they worked into the evening doing so), they had our all-inclusive 4 island bookings ready for us. Given we had already had our airline and hotel booked previously, I seriously never thought they could do anything for us given these two things were required to be included with ALL other companies we contacted, thus being unable to use them. Aloha Hawaiian Vacations were able to come through for us and supplement our 10 day vacation with an all-inclusive, 4 island tours along with daily, all expense inclusions of breakfasts, dinners, shuttle pick ups and drop offs - absolutely everything!! NO place could do that for us unless they could book our hotel and airline, too! We could not be more impressed and happy with AHVs and their agents! I will promote them every single chance I get and will most definitely use them again and AGAIN!Review from Rvonne R.

I done a presentation with this company and purchased a membership the presentation was great what isn’t great is the prices I seen on the presentation and they specify 5 star rating and then when you go to the website all you see is 2.5,2,and 1 star hotels I requested my money back and requested my membership canceled and they emailed me and said they can not cancel my membership. My personal opinion is that they show you this presentation and get you to get the membership which is not worth the $2000 they charged me I’m not staying in a 2 star motel read the reviews of some of them and you will see why I just want my money back and my membership canceled and they promised to call me it’s been 2 day so haven’t heard anything any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciatedReview from Samantha J

What a wonderful company! We booked For our honeymoon and got more than we bargained for! I loved that everything was pre planned and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our hotel was great, all the excursions were great. Will definitely use Aloha Hawaiian Vacations again in the future!Review from Richard T

Amazing company we got the best package for the honeymoon. The package was included all the fun and amazing activities. We have really a special honeymoon and we are so happy to try it again with the same company. Mahalo
