    I had an engine code po 530 which is a oil pressure switch located under the intake manifold I told them I wanted the oil cooler replace because it is also under the intake and the oil pressure switch comes mounted in the oil cooler from the factory in the service department at m&l motors in Lexington ************** **** said if they changed the manifold it would cross contaminate the oil with antifreeze and they would need to do an oil change after changing the oil cooler **** called me at 2 Days later and said I did not need an oil cooler only the pressure switch which can be replaced I agreed to the pressure switch fix my Jeep up on the way home PO 530 code came back. got to looking at the manifold and it has not been removed trying to figure out what they did. The ticket said they changed the oil only which was not to be changed unless they replace the oil cooler. They charged me $260 for a 6 quart conventional oil change and did not do the work that was on the original quotes. I ask ed **** in the service department where did the original work order go that he presented to me before the job took place. He replied oh that's a long gone and he could not reproduce the work order even though he printed it off the computer he said it is not saved so how could they possibly do any other work on any vehicle that was left there after hours without being able to bring up why the vehicle is there in the first place. I also wrote on the original quote that there is no other work to be done on the vehicle without my prior authorization. I believe that is why he says he cannot reproduce the original agreement.

    I did not appreciate Pat in service screaming at my pregnant fiancé, we had been up there over four times over a warranty concern with the vehicle. We have gotten nothing but a run around and nothing being done, still paying for this car and my fiancé being nine months pregnant we are gonna be frustrated due to a baby coming soon and having these issues that no one seems to want to fix!! Never buy from here due to warranty issues not being a priority or concern at all! We cannot afford to walk with a newborn due to this vehicle issue. I also did not appreciate the indirect threats made by Pat stating there would be a big problem if my fiancé continued talking! Do your job to fix the car not dance around this issue! We will continue to file complaints over this “supervisor” who can feel he can make threats and scream at customers after he dances around their concerns and gives no care!!!! Worst company to deal with over any concerns in service department ! The purpose of a service department is to identify and service vehicle problems, not to indirectly tell customers that since you can’t see an issue there must not be a problem.
