On November 9th I went into v12 motorsport after speaking with Author a few days prior, my vehicle was ready to be picked up he initially fix the gear shift it had to be replaced. I picked up the vehicle I paid $1553 I was told at the time that he had to put in a battery a new battery no charge for the battery and that everything seem to be working well with no sensors or anything showing nothing that will be a problem . I left with my vehicle comfortably driving not thinking anything was a problem later on that evening I had to work third shift . I noticed around 6 oclock or so that my headlights were coming on , and only the high-beams would come on . I played around with it for a little bit back-and-forth with the switch just kind of see would it come on. I then contacted ****** at v12 motorsport to let him know that the headlights were not working I asked. Him if he check the lights after putting in the new battery . Really no response just told me he didnt see anything wrong with the vehicle and told me if I wanted to bring the vehicle in he would take a (LOOK!) at it and we could go from there I told him that I could bring the vehicle in probably tomorrow possibly the same night . I decided to bring the vehicle in the same night so that he could have it first thing in the morning to check out what was going on with the headlights . I waited until about **** 12 oclock to give ****** a call he said he had not gotten to my vehicle quite yet and that he will give me a call Before moving forward we hung up a few. hours later he called and said he can replace the bulbs it would be $89 per bulb I told him I did not want replace the bulbs at this time I told him that the lights were working when we drop the car off . And You did not say that you were going to charge me to put in bulbs you said that you were going to check it and thats why I dropped off my vehicle the night before he then said you owe me $350 to get your car back. I never told him to do that

To Whom It May ************************************** dropped off her car with complaints of her headlights not working, her check engine light on, and her tire pressure monitoring system light being on. She had 2 headlight bulbs burned out that were diagnosed, then replaced. We also completed stage one of diagnostics of her check engine light, and we properly set her tire pressure and turned off the **** light. She was charged for an hour and a half of labor for all involved, plus 2 light bulbs. She owes $306.83. So far, ****************** has had the police come out to my business, filed complaints with BBB, and has had an attorney make threatening phone calls to V-12 Motorsports. In the ***********************, if you decide to take your vehicle to any repair shop, it is the client's responsibility to understand there will always be charges for services rendered. These charges can reach a limit of $350 without express written consent. However, I also have expressed written consent from ****************** for this work from the drop off sheet she left when she dropped off her car. My technicians do not work for free. The facility we operate out of is not free. Related parts and supplies are not free. ****************** will pay her bill of $306.83 and storage fees of $35 per day will begin to accrue on November 17, 2022. Her headlights have been diagnosed and repaired. Her check engine light and **** lights have been dealt with. My rates and fees are very reasonable. However, ****************** has not been. Once this bill has been settled, V-12 Motorsports will refuse any further business from ****************** indefinitely.

      Sincerely,

      ****************************, ****************************************

I did not give ****** at v12 motorsport  permission to do anything to my vehicle he was supposed to check the headlight because they were working prior to me dropping off my vehicle he put a new battery in and I asked him could that be the cause on why the headlights were not working he told me yes and for me to bring it in for him to take a look and after him giving me a price of bulbs so I assume That the issue were the bulbs . He said IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE THE ***** IT WOULD be $89 I told him at that time I would not be able to to pay  $89 for  bulbs and that I will just come pick up my vehicle he said that will be fine the vehicle will be in front a few hours later is when I found out that I was charged $350 for an authorized service . I would never do business again with this company and I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company they did it on authorized service and now want me to pay for it and I still do not have my car back so yes I have the police involved and I have my attorney involved legally they are not able to keep my vehicle that vehicle is in bankruptcy

To Whom It May ******* :
This is absolutely false, 100%. After dropping her car off and writing her issues on a drop off sheet, she also gave a verbal approval to replace the headlights and see what what going on with the check engine light. What she did not say at the time of approval, is that she planned to have this done for free and that we would bow down and wipe out charges on her behalf. Furthermore, we never told her the headlight fault was a result of replacing the battery as the battery is in the trunk of the car. This is ludicrous. She knows well what was involved, how much it would cost, and gave a verbal approval over the phone to proceed. ****************** will pay her bill. In addition to this bill, she will pay storage fees beginning on November 17, 2022 and this will be non-negotiable. ******************* wants her car troubles with her 2011 Jaguar to be our troubles. V-12 Motorsports will not ever give in to bullying tactics and lies spewed by people who expect the world to bow down before them because they have a loud voice. We have been in business for 16 years and we strive for customer satisfaction and quality service at competitive rates. ****************** dropped off her car for service. She will pay her bill of $306.83. There will be zero tolerance or adjustment. And with documentation from BBB and the local sheriff's office, I will charge and indefinite amount of days for storage. My suggestion is she pay her bill immediately and get her car off my lot before this becomes very expensive for her. And lastly, if this vehicle IS actually wrapped up in a bankruptcy and she still dropped it off at a repair shop for service, the bank is free to pick up the car once the charges have been paid. But the bank will pick up the car, not ******************. The bank will pay the bill, not ******************. In which case this entire complaint I with BBB is baseless. She is clearly out of money and this is no fault of V-12 Motorsports. We are and honest shop with immense integrity.

I am rejecting this response because:
Bottom line is . I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!. And after all the lies they told, and the *************** with this company telling me I would have to pay and then would add storage fees of $35 per day. They were Dishonest and they did not have my permission to do anything to the vehicle . When ****** gave me the price of $89 per bulb, I told him I would not be getting that done at this time and that I would be picking up my vehicle that should have been it. and because they were dishonest and did the repair anyway  because of that. I did not have to pay and they had to give me my car back. Thank you to my Lawyer.
