      A vehicle was purchased at Keffer Mazda in April. The vehicle has started to have multiple problems. When the *** was taken to ******** *** and they diagnosed a fuel leak which totaled $6500 in repairs. When the car was brought back to Keffer Mazda the pre-owned manager ********************* stated he knew about this fuel leak but because the car still passed state inspection he still proceeded to sale the car. Without finding proper solution to this matter ********************* became irate and threatened to get physical. His behavior was distasteful to us as customers and to the organization he stands for. As customers we just want to be treated fairly during and after a sale. *********** a solution must be found!

      This review is not even from the customer that bought the **** This is from a family member that came with him and threatened our used car manager and tried to get him to go outside and fight. We are working with the actual customer to assist in the repair on a vehicle he bought from us AS-IS and knew that it had issues upfront but insisted on wanting to buy it. We have a amicable relationship with the actual customer. This review should be removed.

      I purchased a vehicle using a trade in and its been over ************************************************ where my payments should go and the payoff of my vehicle. I'm still making payments on my vehicle and next week I'm to start making payments on the new. No one calls and I have been to the dealership every week for something. I don't like the vehicle took it back after 2 days and they said it was nothing they could do. I thought it was a 7 day return if not pleased. Be careful its all the sale. I test drove one car and was put in another without testing. I guess I have to eat this. If I was a white man or woman I don't think I would have gotten the same treatment. I have purchased many vehicles and never had one I didn't like. I know I should have kept my old one. Is an expensive ****** learned.

      This was my first and last time at this dealership. The service bay key taker was incredibly rude as my Interaction with him should've been nothing more than handing him my keyfob he feels the need to belittle myself and the way I "pulled in incorrectly"That was the first thing, then they attempt to mistake me for a naive kid with out of state plates they attempt to "sell me" on $3500 worth of unnecessary repairs. I already reported this dealership to the BBB.

      This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Straightforward, no pressure sales team. They were honest and upfront about everything. I worked with ******************* as my salesperson and J.R., the Managing Partner. They did everything they could to help me surprise my wife with a car purchase for her birthday. They went out of their way to make it a special occasion for her! They were very friendly and professional.

      Dealership is dishonest. We went in on a Monday (11/28) to buy a car that we looked at on Saturday (11/26). Final paperwork was about to be signed when we were told the car was sold on Monday morning. They said not to worry because they had the same car. The car was not the same as it had different interior colors than the car we were there to buy. We looked on the lot and the car that we were there to buy was still on the lot with no sold sign. We had also just been given the same VIN number as the car that apparently sold to get an insurance quote. We walked away but the dealership kept our registration card for the car we were looking to trade in. When we went back for the registration, we were told the card had been shredded since it was personal information. All of our other information had not been shredded (copies of drivers license). Dealership printed out another form of registration that they claimed was a legal document and would serve as a registration. When DMV was contacted, they said the dealership had no authority to print out personal registration documents. We went back a day later and our registration card had magically appeared. Dealership still failed to call us to let us know that it had been found. We were lied to multiple times during the whole process. Please do not go here if you are looking for honest and professional people.

      My daughter had her car towed to this dealership after her catalytic convertor was stolen. Car sat for 5 months waiting on the part. She was constantly told the part was on back order. Eventually she found another repair shop to pick up the car and fix same day. Can you believe Keffer Mazda charged the insurance company $3000 for storage????? This is fraud!!!! Fraud to my daughter and insurance fraud.
