Emailed to cancel May 5th and was billed again June 1st. Called June 2nd and was told they do not accept email cancelation. I was never contacted by anyone stating this. Instead they billed me for service on a vacant house. They refused even a partial refund.Business response

Good Morning,
The customer emailed in requesting to cancel service on May 12th, 2023. An email response was sent back requesting that they call in to complete cancellation. (Screen shot attached). The customer called in on June 2nd and they were told they would not be given a refund for payment on June 1st.
The customer left a review on ****** at the end of business day on Friday, June 2nd at which time management became aware of the situation. A refund has been processed for the June 1st payment and the customer's account has been closed out. (Screen shot attached)
A member of our leadership team has contacted the customer to communicate the above, and we consider the matter resolved.

Signed contract Triangle Home Services on May 21 2021 for yearly pricing that was agreed upon when the company was in the community and provided special pricing. Last year company increased the pricing without notice and when I reached out today inquiring about service, they requested to provide updated card information and charged the amount on this. Also, they said pricing was increased last year without prior information. She also refused to put the account on hold pending this inquiry. I want my excess money returned that was charged to my account without communication.Business response

Good Afternoon,
We have resolved this issue and refunded this customer's money for ***** and May. Our service agreement does clearly state that after the initial one year agreement, a price increase may be applicable.
