Constantly never in office when business hours state 9am-5pm. I was shortened on my deposit refund they charged me for blinds that I bought and for a Ceiling light that their maintenance fixed. 3 of my outlets didnt work because he had to rewrite them so could have light but soon as I move an wait for my deposit back they charged me for it claiming it had to be fixed. I was in this apartment for 3-4 months with a cracked window during the winter because they claimed they didnt have anyone to come fix it so the house was cold. Not to mention I had been paying my rent with the same chime card when I moved in but mysteriously my card didnt accept ACH fees and they made me pay a late fee even after my bank spoke with them. The apartment I was in had a leak coming downstairs in the bathroom every time we bathed or flushed and when I put in a work order all they did was come put foam in it and painted over it which didnt fix the problem it only caused the patch they fixed to burst and another leak came through as well. If they cant fix their property issues then they dont need to be rented out and the staff need to get their lies and paperwork in order. I dont recommend anyone to live in any of their properties, needs to be shutdown houses/apartments went up to standards.Review from Shireka S

This company took my money and lied about the credit check. I called TransUnion and ***** had ran my credit in a month and they gave me a false credit score. When I called transunion my score was over a hundred points more than what they told me. Im concerned I was racially profiled. They had no proof they had contacted the credit bureau and refused to provide any proof of the results without showing up at the company. ***** was very rude and they supplied no confirmation. They just took my money and provided no type of alternative to resolve anything.

Hello, I am sorry that you feel like your report was incorrect. The application denial letter has contact information on it to be able provide you with the findings that our credit report pulls. As far as racially profiling, we do not ask the question of race on any prequalification question or application questions, so we have no idea who is what race and we follow strict policies with regards to Fair Housing Compliance.
