Very Dissatisfied, HORRIBLE **************** after AJ received payment in full. ** made lots of unfulfilled promises to make things right. I should not have paid him in full until after first rain. He doesn't answer calls or respond to texts. We have Standing Water in several areas, poor drainage afterpaving. Did not expect perfection but this is TERRIBLE. Worst and deepest puddles are at main entrance to house and backyard, when wearing shoes or sandals during or after rain our feet get wet. After several calls ** and crew returned and attempted to repair drainage issues. Instead they created an Ugly trench and Tripping HAZARD, they made it worse. ** promised to return soon to remove and reapply asphalt with proper drainage in the worst areas. After several calls over several months the problem has not been resolved. ** doesn't respond to texts or calls. Sending all texts between us to our ATTORNEY proving that he agreed to return and make good on his promises within a short while after the first attempt to resolve the drainage issues. This could be avoided if he would just do what he promised he would do.
