I ordered 2 4packs of 4 8 acid pod wheels and my card was charged...I got no response as to when I could start tracking my order...he responded with one email the order number...I asked for a refund...still waiting for my shipment or response....bad business...then I see all these other people going and writing the same review..

I returned a pair of defective boots to this seller. Amazon made the return easy as could be by purchasing the replacement and gave me 7 days to return the damaged ones. I returned within a couple days and nearly 2 weeks later the replacement pair tracking still said they hadn’t been handed off to USPS. I was assured they would arrive in time and when they didn’t the seller lied to Amazon CS saying they would overnight them to me so I could still make it for a snowboarding trip I spent over $1000 on just for the chalet. Boots didn’t arrive. We opened a case against seller and I sent a final message asking if we could just resolve the issue. I told them I would forget everything that happened and even would give them a good review if they could just get them to me by our next scheduled chalet stay. I went as far as to provide the seller with a FedEx priority overnight label that they just needed to slap on the box. Short of going to NC and shipping the boots myself I did everything I could to make this as easy as possible. As soon as it was too late for any other options they refunded the money which is now held for 3-5 business days and I’m also out the money I spent on the label. They’ve wasted weeks of my time, cost me a great deal of money and have jerked me around in every way possible. Do not purchase from this seller and I urge you to check other locations for similar reviews all over the Internet. After seeing some of the ones I have I guess I’m lucky I even got my money back. Truly a scam company that cares nothing about their customers or reputation.

This customer wanted to have a boots delivered to a remote location on his vacation that us not deliverable.

The location had a mail drop for residents and once the item was returned all we could do was refund him via Amazon.

They sent the wrong item, then wouldn't respond to phone, text, or email. Nearly two weeks later they replied "send it back". I did at my expense. USPS tracking showed they received it. Weeks later they still hadn't acknowledged or responded to communication. I finally processed a refund through Visa. So now I'm out my return shipping cost and a couple of months of screwing around with an unresponsive seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I never will again.

Customer had placed several orders with Boardparadise over a few years.  Never had an issue previously.
