This is the worst apartment complex in Texas state. Very poor and unprofessional management staff who make money off their tenants. Tenant are billed for everything include ware and tear while living in the apartment. Fellows this apartment is a ripoff and they will do anything to mess your good credit. I strongly advise anyone to avoid Arrington Ridge apartment. Imagine living in an apartment for 5+years and management is charging tenant to replace the carpet.

I spoke with Danielle W********,property manager of Broadstone Village Apartment regarding early moving out. I am very disappointed the way she interacted with me. Before I had conversation with Danielle, I went to the office and with one the staff who informed me that the penalty for breaking lease agreement would be a 2 months penalty and a 3 days notice would be required. Danielle was formally informed of my 30 days noticed on Nov 1,2022. she was very rude, told me it would be 3 months instead of 2 months for terminating the lease. I told if she is not honor me 2 months termination agreement, I would report her to BBB and Attorney General. she stated " Go right a head". she was very rude and unprofessional. she is careless her tenants.

Really sad this incident happened because up till now we really enjoyed living here. The breaker to our apartment started to trip causing our electricity to go out about 3-5 times a day. This would happen when we tried to do normal daily living things like shower, use our over/stove/microwave, wash our clothes and use a blow dryer. Because of this we avoided doing these activities. So this ended up with us ordering out food daily and having to do laundry elsewhere. Also avoiding showering in the early. morning or late night to avoid having to walk out to the breaker to reset it. We reported the issue to the apartment management as well as maintenance. Long story short the issue got resolved 12 days later. SO for 12 days we dealt with power outages 3-5 times a day and walking out to the breaker 3-5 times each time to resolve the issue temporality. This equals walking back and forth out of our apartment to the breaker 25 times a day. We asked for some type of compensation and management claims they completed this I'm a timely manner and would call us with updates. Not once did they call us with an update rather we would call out of frustration and they would let us know they haven't forgotten about us and are working to resolve the problem. We do understand that they were working on getting the issue resolved but meanwhile for 12 days we dealt with it. I think its a bit ridiculous we got no form of compensation paying a full months rent and not being able to do any normal daily living things in the comfort of our apartment. Management fabricated things to seem as they were constantly keeping us in the loop and resolving the problem in a timely manner.

The property Arium Peachtree Creek (Atlanta,GA) is not safe and fail to enhance the security for tenants. The property manager neglects all concerns when it comes to secuirty. The corporate office never return phone calls. Theft, violence, crime, andunauthorized guests is becoming an issue at this property and nothing has changed to prevent these issues.

Employs homophobic and racist people. Allows their employees to use the f slur and make tenants at their complexes feel uncomfortable. It's 2022, this should NOT be allowed.

Rented an apartment at Amberton at Stonewater in Cary, NC from them for 4 years and from the beginning the apartment wasn’t prepared or cleaned before I moved in. There were maintenance problems from the beginning. They would not fix the fire alarms, air conditioning unit or replace broken appliances. I even offered to pay for a new microwave out of my pocket and the would not fix it. They are slum lords. Then I had to pay $2,669.95 because I ended my lease. I shouldn’t have had to pay it since they didn’t honor their contract.

First and foremost the property is beautiful. You can always tell the upkeep of the grounds is of importance which makes it such a visually pleasant place to be/live. The front office’s entire staff seem extremely dedicated to creating a comfy and personable atmosphere and are quite customer service-oriented. And as for the maintenance team, they’ve proven to be great with troubleshooting issues in my apartment and their problem solving is impressive. Arrington Ridge truly does feel like home. Great location, amazing employees, awesome amenities, and you truly get quality in all areas that is unmatched.

Was surprise to be rejected because I am going through a divorce. They outsourced a company to do their background checks so that they "can't be held accountable". I called the court and verified that the only thing on my record is this divorce case. I had this rejection disputed, only for them to reject the dispute. When I called Haleigh Village, I hoped for them to at least look into it. They pretty much said "sucks to be you". Wow. I can't rent an apartment from them because I am going through a divorce. Way to make a girl feel even more ashamed about going through a divorce.

KEEP LOOKING AND STAY FAR AWAY Below is a lengthy explanation why I highly, HIGHLY suggest whoever is reading this and considering living here, find anywhere else. I have only been a tenant here since April of this year, just shy of 5 months. In these 5 months I have been lied to and blatantly ignored by the personell working in the complex office, harassassed by my neighbor consistently the whole time I lived here, witnessed animal abuse by an employee of the complex and had to step in; amongst feeling targeted and victimized for no apparent reason. I have proof for all my statements and situations I will explain below. Starting with what I think is the most important, the animal abuse. There is a maintence man who works and lives there named Sean. I had previously met Sean's dog Rocco when I had clipped his nails that were so grown in curling into his paw pad. The dog was riddled with anxiety. One Sunday morning I heard a commotion outside, looked out the window, and saw Sean jump on top of his dog, pin him down, and start hitting him in the head. (I did report this to animal control but had to wait a few weeks until I moved as I feared retaliation). I went to his apartment and after a conversation walked away with the dog. I had him approx 3 weeks and we worked on a lot of his anxiety. It was clear he had been neglected and abused. Some of the neighbors had thanked me for taking him. Rocco or as his new dad renamed him, Lucky, now resides in South Carolina where he spends his days hiking, fishing, and boating with a loving family. Next most important is the harassment I experienced from my neighbor. The first day I met him he got inches from my face taking about having sex with his ex wife. This set the tone for our interactions moving forward. He was constantly watching us. My sister and I were afraid of being alone outside walking the dogs or coming home late from work. A neighbor had to confront the man for making vulgar comments toward us one evening outside, asking him to leave us alone. My sister caught him watching me over the banister while I was walking my dog, he followed us to the pool and watched us from in between two buildings, would follow us to our car. I have tons of incidents but couldn't possibly type them all out here. I had spoken to Sean the maintence man during a repair and he said he would file a report for us, no one in the office ever followed up with me about it.. What made me go to the office manager Jonathan about it was when a friend who had just left my apartment called me saying a creepy guy approached him asking about my sister and I. The first time I talked to Jonathan about this he seemed very concerned. I expressed I no longer felt comfortable living there and we were scared. He said he wouldn't have an open apartment for another month to move me to. I said I wanted to move out then. Jonathan said he would talk to the man. When I followed up with him the next day he still hadn't talked to him. He wasn't taking our safety seriously. He didn't talk to him until after I went to the office in person again to speak to Jonathan who this time, had flipped his role and simply "noted the incident in your file", didn't seem concerned at all. I guess he had told him to leave us alone in a threatening big brother type way that only made the situation worse. After back and forth with unsympathetic Jonathan, I ended up having to go above his head to his boss for some real help with this serious situation, while incidents continued, might I add. When I explained everything that had been going on, it seemed as maybe she didn't have the full story from Jonathan. I couldn't afford to leave my lease but didn't want to live in an unsafe environment. Her and I ended up working out a solution that was the only way I would be legally allowed to leave. If I could produce a detailed police report I could move out. North Carolina law doesn't release detailed reports so after more back and forth with Jonathan they accepted the public harassment and stalking report I had access to. I was then free to leave after a 30 day notice. In the days I stayed waiting for my 30 days to come, I felt targeted and victimized. My maintence requests went unanswered, my emails went unanswered, I was left voicemails threatening to tow my car when lots of cars have to park on the curb when the lot is full. Ladies at the office were short and rude with me. I was stood up on my final walk through and had to again reach out and press the matter to make sure it was done the following day. I was afraid if they did it without me being there I wouldn't receive my security deposit back. The last point I would like to bring up is the lying and deceite from the staff. There was one instance where I had submitted multiple maintenance requests that had gone unanswered. I was told somonne would be by Thursday and would have to follow up again when they didn't show. After submitting a 3rd maintence requests I received an email back saying they has been trying to contact me. I didn't not have any missed calls, texts, or voicemails, and they haven't had any issues contacting me prior. They claimed they had the wrong number on file then I was told something different. I brought all this information to Jonathan the manager and he looked through the records and confirmed none had been trying to contact me. He said "somone was blowing smoke up my ---". He told me to speak directly with him if I needed anything moving forward. That when when I first lost trust where I was living. I also relayed this information to jonathans boss when I spoke with her who was not happy about the situation. Keep in mind. My sister and I had been living here here less than 5 months. We are both small young females. My sister only being 18 at the time. We have never withheld rent or had any neighbors complain. Relatively quiet and respectable tenants I would ssay
