This was a car that was bought at a Manheim auction this was not sold buy us here at Greensboro Nissan. This 2015 was sold in April of 2024 wholesale at ******************* we DID NOT RETAIL IT. I have reached out to ***************************** sales which is the selling dealership that bought the car at auction.

Even though the car was sold at auction, why didnt you disclose that it had transmission issues? You sold a $700 Nissan with a bad transmission for $7,130 from a trusted Nissan dealer, and your mechanic just added transmission stop-slip instead of fixing it or disclosing the issue at the auction.Let me know if youd like further adjustments!

I drove from on 11/09/2024 eastern ky 6.5 hours 1 way to look at a used chrysler van that I wanted because they offered a lifetime powertrain warranty. Everyone seamed nice I test drove the vehicle. It was covered in dust from being listed for 2 months. He printed out a carfax but I didn't get to look at it because the finance person, it took me over to his desk. We were doing the paperwork and it seamed like they added a lot of extra fees like $180. For service visits knowing that I would never be back there to use them. And they wouldn't remove that cost. And he informed me that it had been ceramic coated as part of the lifetime powertrain warranty. Witch I thought was great because i know what's ceramic coating is. So I finished up drove 6.5 hours back home. So the next day I was going over rge vehicle and checked the air box it was full of debris and the air filtered look like it hadn't been changed in fifty thousand miles was full of dust. And then I realized after running my had on the finder it was rough. Then i also realized that the front bumper and left fender had been painted a different color, which I didn't realized from the day before, because it was covered with dust when I was test driving it. So it turns out that whoever painted the bumper stuff did not cover the vehicle, so the auto has overspray from the front to rear of vehicle on the roof windows glass doors everywhere. So then when I called to complain to them about it.**** said, will we send it to the body place to have it ceramic coated. So that place sprayed the ceramic coating over the overspray. That is all over the vehicle. To witch i was charged $1820.00 for as part of the life time powertrain warranty. So now it's going to cost me one estimate is $2500 and another one us $1600. **** will not refund me my $1820. But offered me $1195. Saying that's what they payed. Also the antifreeze was a 1/2 gallon low. I wouldn't trust there service department . I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I had no issues with Greensboro Nissan until recently. I had an issue with all of my lights coming on on my dashboard, my car started vibrating and cut off while I was in traffic. I Immediately scheduled a service visit for 5/9 at Greensboro Nissan. I had the diagnostics checked on my vehicle and was informed it was my mass air flow **************** I was told that they tried a temporary reset but it may not last long. I was about 2 miles away from the dealership when my car did the same thing & cut off again so I took it back. I was told that diagnostics were ran again and it was giving the same code for the **************** I picked up my car 5/13 and was told that the repairs were done. I was told that my car was put on diagnostics again and checked but no other codes came up.On 5/21 my car dashboard lit up and cut off again so I scheduled an appointment for 5/22. I was told that My car was put on diagnostics again and the same readings came up again but it was the throttle body. However, this time I was told that the tech that performed the check on my vehicle stated that the reading about the throttle body was there before but he didn't mention it. I asked why wasn't it listed on my paperwork the first time but no explanation was given. It even stated on my receipt that the *** sen/circuit were running properly and that no trash was found in them at that time. The ***************** made the offer that I can pay $600 for a different part and he is willing to zero out the labor. Why should I have to pay full price for another part when they led me to believe that my vehicle was fixed the first time and it wasn't. How many other parts will they charge me to experiment with instead of correctly diagnosing and fixing the problem. If this is how Nissan gains a profit in maintenance by misleading customers and charging for repairs that are not the problem. I think the consumers need to be aware.Something needs to be done and I want my vehicle repaired correctly.

Oh, I came up yesterday to look at a Prius prime that was for sale, and my salesman‘s name was Tyler H***** he was phenomenal. Very highly knowledgeable of my vehicle, courteous, sincere, friendly. I was only there for a few hours and I’m very happy with my purchase. The sales manager is also phenomenal. I have nothing but high regards and recommendations from this dealer. And to top everything off I got my vehicle delivered for free per my deal within two hours of purchase. And I live an hour and a half away. You can’t ask for anything more than that. I will shoot from the rooftops. This dealership is phenomenal. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was not haggle by the finance Director. I just told them what I wanted and out the door I went with my vehicle :-)

I had taken my Nissan Rogue in on Friday Nov.25th, it was determined that I needed an alternator, I was told they had 1 in stock, and they would be able to get it put on the same day. I agreed and left because the service advisor said it would take about 2-3 hours. I was called about an hour before closing so I went back to pick up my car. After paying almost $900 for an alternator I left and got about a half mile from dealership when the car started to sound like everything was falling out from under it. I called and was told I needed to make another appt to bring it back, I did and took it back that Saturday just to be told nothing was wrong with the alternator and a diagnostic would need to be done, i informed them this did not start until after the Alternator was put on, they brought my car back up to the service area and heard the noise, they raised my hood and acknowledged it was a bad alternator put on, they had ordered one but it would not be in util Tuesday Nov 29th, they would not offer me a loaner but told me t bring the car back on Tuesday. Not caring about my safety. Keep in mind the Alternator could give out and leave me stranded. I had my car towed back to Crown Nissan that Monday, which they did not even acknowledge they had the car and I had to call them on Tuesday, where the advisor told me he was not sure when they could get to my car because they had others with appointments Umm I had an appointment also, but you all put a bad Alternator on my car. Nobody would assist me with a loaner and Todd M***** the service manager would not call me back after several messages being left. this company is Pathetic and does not care about their customers at all. They would not give me any money back or offer me anything in return to my trouble for their error.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We strive to provide the most guest centric services, and unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control, this was not the case for our client. We are deeply sorry that due to the shortage of inventory vehicles, there were no loaners available. We truly understand the position this puts our clients in and we do hope that the market will regain and in the future we will have more loaner vehicles in our supply.
