Customer purchased vehicle from us on 9/19/2022. Customer has brought vehicle back 11 times since purchased, 6 times for various body/paint concerns. We have accommodated customer each time and each time customer has inspected and left to return again with more paint concerns. The general sales manager is not willing to accommodate the customer with any more financial assistance. The vehicle is now more than 6 months old and has more than 5000 miles on it.

I am rejecting this response because:
every time I brought it in was for original transport damage that I wast told will be fixed and on 2 separate occasions my vehicle was damaged more by the technicians on 4 different occasions the service department ordered wrong parts for my vehicle causing me to need to come back again

I have pictures of all damage from the day I purchased the vehicle for anyone that would like to see

please give me a call and I can better describe the situation

Tell us why here...On Sep 16 2022, I purchased a 2023 ***** ******** from Bill Black. The car had multiple scratches and marks on it. When I purchased it they put an addendum in to fix all transport damage. When the appointment was made they only fixed a few things. We had to make appointment after appointment to fix the rest over and over again because they were not fixing the vehicle properly and forgetting to do multiple things. Also they put multiple wrong parts on the vehicle. Including a taillight that they replaced the wrong side six times and a chip in the hood that they put touch up paint in two times after we agreed originally it would be repainted. Once they got everything fixed I came to pick the vehicle up and it looked like someone drug a hose across the whole entire driver's side of the car. But now all original transport damage was fixed. I picked up the car on
March 4, 2023 after getting another wrong tail light in it. I noticed where it looks like someone scuffed the front bumper with a hose or a boot and the chrome trim part below the headlight. I told them about it before leaving the dealership and Russ *** the sales manager made it very clear they would not fix the damage that they caused.
Later talking to the car salesman Jeremiah *******, he informed me that the reason they were only fixing one thing at a time andthey were also missing multiple things. Every time the car went in was because someone messed up on the transport damage claim. And sales was fixing everything out of pocket instead of making the transport company pay for the damages. By only fixing one thing at a time they were hoping I wouldn't notice and they wouldn't have to pay to fix all the damage that was originally on the car.
So that is why the sales manager, Russ *** has been so awful and rude to me. His department has had to pay out of pocket for this. Now they won’t fix the most recent damage they caused while they were working on it.
This has been an awful experience and extremely unprofessional on the dealership's part.
I just want the damage they caused on the front of my car fixed. I do not care if it is done at Bill Black. Or I can get an estimate from another shop and fix it there if they are willing to pay for it.

first is the addendum I got when I bought the car stating to fix all transport damage.
The last three are the most recent damage to the front bumper caused by Bill Black when it was in their shop.

took my car here thinking I would be treated right with being a dealership took my car in for diagnostic and was told I needed a timing chain which would cost 3000 I paid it with no problem same day I got my car back it wouldn’t start was told to have my car towed back which I did and was told it was my starter another 500.00…..about a month or so later my car started smoking took it back to Bill Blacks and was told it’s just oil that needed to be cleaned off my engine which they done and at the same time I also found out a part was missing from my car and was asked so no one told you we had to order a part and I said no,I would of never known this if I didn’t take my car in for smoking again,I drove my car for another month or so and it started smoking yet again ask to do another diagnostic and I plainly asked again to please look to find out what the problem was and again was told by Brady in service my valve cover wasn’t sealed correctly another 500 dollars which I paid drove another month or so took my car back do to smoking and now being told I need a new motor which would cost 6000-8000 if this issue was found in the beginning I would of paid that instead of pay 3000 for a timing chain when the whole time I needed a new motor…In the process of getting a lawyer and reporting them to the BBB now I’m out of money and a car and hopefully can find a ride back and fourth to work or I’ll be out of a job too CEL is on and car says low engine power…..Please help

Mrs. ****** brought her vehicle to us stating she had noise in engine and the vehicle had recently had timing chains put on it at an independent garage. She had recently just purchased this vehicle used. This was the 1st time we had ever seen the vehicle. The vehicle we are referring to is a 2009 Cadillac SRX with approximately 120,000. We diagnosed her vehicle for the problem it was brought in for and found that the noise was coming from behind the timing cover, where the timing chains are, and that had recently been replaced elsewhere. We quoted her price to put timing chains on it. We performed the job and the problem was fixed. Mrs ****** picked vehicle up and called back next day saying it would not start. It was towed in and the starter had quit working. The starter is an electrical component that failed internally and had nothing to do with timing chain repair. Mrs. ****** picked up and couple months later returned with engine smoking. We noticed that her valve cover gaskets was leaking and she replaced those. Mrs. ****** picked up and returned couple months later and couple thousand miles later with engine smoking again. This time we found an abnormal amount of oil in intake of engine and coming out pcv valve. We spent 6 hours diagnosing her vehicle at no charge to her and found that her engine now is losing compression and has an abnormal amount of blow by inside engine causing oil to be pushed up through pcv valve and around piston rings into intake. The only fix for this problem is new engine. We have been to court on 8/15/22 and the judge ruled in our favor but we were ordered to refund her 1500.00 due to fact that we said we would help her with new engine.
