      I have been waiting for six months to get money back for my living expenses when my husband and I were out our home due to a tree falling on our home. The adjuster that was assigned to us advised us to keep all our receipts which I provided in November of 2020. My adjuster claims that the insurance is requesting more information. I have provided that information and still have not received my living expenses back.

      this insured had a significant damage from a tree blown onto the insured home.  Dale of Loss, April 13, 2020 and we advanced funds to the insured the same day t- $150.  We also assigned the claims to an independent adjuster to work with the insured, their contractors and NCGM to resolve this ASAP for the insured.  It "appears" the work was completed in October  Payments have been made in a timely manner as bills and receipts have been received.  There is at least one outstanding claim from the insured for some $4200 paid to an individual - the adjuster has asked and continues to request information to support that item so it can be paid.  I believe that item includes additional living expense and this is open and must to be supported.

      AS result of this reuest from BBB wse have again asked tgheadjuster to work with and comlete the ALE and any other out standing bills.

      we have gone back to the clams adjuster who up to this time has not received confirmation of the $4200 paid to an individual for "Additional living expense".  We recognize the insjured was out of the home for a period of time, possible some six months following the loss.  We have asked the adjuster to review all the information and give us his findings to bring this to a conclusion.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I have provided the adjuster with the name,address, and phone number for that receipt. If still more information is required then the adjuster has contact information to get any additional information.
