            Brandon with Precise Outdoor Services helped us completely renovate our one acre lot. They felled a number of small trees, graded the entire yard, widened our driveway, and delivered seven tandem loads of very rich topsoil/compost. Once we reached the right time of year in the fall, Brandon quickly and evenly spread out the topsoil and seeded the yard with a tall fescue blend of three of the finest NTEC blends and aerated the seeds into the topsoil with powered mechanical aerator that ensured that the seed got mixed into the new topsoil. Brandon quickly answered my questions to help me know how frequently and how deeply to water the seed, when to do the first mowing, etc. Within a week, the seed began to germinate and now, just one month later, we have rich, lush new grass everywhere. The yard looks FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Precise Outdoor Services -- Brandon knows how to deliver exceptional results.
