I would give this place a zero-star rating if possible. The manager exhibits extreme unprofessionalism, discrimination, ignorance, and a lack of education. Immediate attitude upon greeting, slow response to necessary tasks, and a pervasive roach infestation in the complex. Prices are arbitrarily increased, and the approval process seems deceptive. Curtis and Jordan, the managers, are the worst I've encountered, leading to a highly dissatisfying experience. Mismanagement of funds, unresponsive personal cellphone lines, and numerous vacant units due to pest issues make this place unfavorable. Avoid dealing with these problematic individuals; the office itself is also unsanitary. The manager's literacy struggles and aggressive behavior towards issues further contribute to the negative experience. Living here is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone, as it involves belittlement and a degrading atmosphere. Also there is only one Maintenance man he’s old as dust! The work orders are very backed up! They do paper work orders that are stacked so high! If you see the maintenance man outside painting when you visit just know it’s to cover the roaches! They call the maintenance team prior to you viewing so he can start painting the door to hide the roach spray smell! I should have went with my gut these people are very evil !Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. As of today, I still have not received my money back and I have constantly called and followed up multiple times and I’ve spoken with numerous property agents. No one has told me where my money is or when I can expect my money or anything about my holding check that I gave them
