I Have resided at this complex for 2 years. I currently have a hole in my ceiling that keeps getting bigger. The Leasing office refuses to send anybody out to fix it. Their excuse is that they are understaffed but that shouldn't be tenets issue. Hunts view apartments are not doing there due diligence in the upkeep of the property and the units. Its very frustrating that they expect rent to be paid on time but refuse to do their job.Customer response

I have been a resident of Huntsview for over a year now . Although the property itself is very nice , it is ran poorly with the exception of Caleb. I had been without running hot water for 7 days before getting fixed. That was a fight in itself to get it done in that amount of time. And now, within the same month , a broken AC unit for going on 7days, as well. The repair time to get necessities for tenants is ridiculous. The lease is signed by both parties and it is baffling the tenants are the only ones held to upholding their end of the contract . The property manager has no sense of urgency and does not initiate conversations with tenants in need . He deems himself too “busy “ to do the job he is assigned , much less paid to do . Understandably things break and it takes time to order but due to inconvenience, one would think concessions would be offered for the days a tenant has gone without these utilities . A “portable AC unit” , a fan, was put in place until the repair can be done . The fans range does not extend past a few feet; which in the middle of one of the hottest summers is not beneficial. Although I am a tenant who pays their rent on time , I’m now being forced to stay elsewhere because of the conditions I’m being forced to live in. It is cooler outside at 92 than in my apartment . Very disappointing and regretful that I have renewed a lease to stay here when matters of comfortably are minimized by the management team. I have offered to pay for repairs and receive reimbursement after the completion of the service to avoid having to wait an extended time for the property to have the work completed. The response to this was simply “ no” when the service I contacted could have had the HVAC system repaired next day. The lack of concern or costumer service displayed by this property is Ridiculous and a blatant disregard for tenants.
