We have been very pleased working with ******. He has treated us like family. He has been very respectful and always upfront and honest about any questions we had. He told us when he would be here and to not worry about anything. He and his crew cleaned up after they were done. They made sure no nails were left behind. The roof looks great! I high reccomend AF Roofing Solutions. They are efficient and stand by their work. My husband is a Vietnam vet and I had recently broken both feet, so we both relied on what ****** told us. We didnt know what to expect, but after my first conversation with him, I knew I didnt have to worry about anything. He said he would handle everything. It put my mind at ease. I was dealing with enough so I needed someone to be honest and take charge and do the job right. We are thankful we found this business simply by googling roofing companies. We will definitely spread the word should the opportunity present itself.Review from C. H.

Aharon refused to submit a quote, preferring to work against my insurance estimate. When I told him that I prefer to have an individual quote so that I can review and make an informed choice, he told me that he was not interested in doing the work.

I ask Mrs. ******** To Meet me at the Residence So i Could Get inside Since a Tree Had Falling on the Residence She was Unable to Do That and Since The Insurance company Had Performed a Thorough Estimate and Seen all the Damage I asked To Work Off of Their Estimate Which Mr. ******** Didn't want me to do So I declined to Perform an Estimate, I'm Protecting myself and my Company when You cant access all the Damages As a Business owner i Reserve the right to Walk away Especially Since i Had Never Been to the Residences and No work Was Performed By AF Roofing, Mrs ********, I wish you the best in Getting your Project done.Customer Response

I did tell you that I am happy to invite you to inspect damages both externally and internally and asked for you to schedule a time. While I was out of town I told you that you are very welcome to stop by and inspect the damage at any time. I also sent you multiple pictures of the damage. However, you told me that you were not interested in this job when I told you that I would like to have an estimate from you rather than you "work from the insurance estimate". How would I verify quality of materials chosen? warranty? I reached out to you based on your excellent BBB rating and was very disappointed by your refusal to submit a quote not based on my insurance estimate.Review from Tammy W.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to Aharon F******** and his crew for helping us out after the hurricane damaged our roof. We appreciated how quickly he was able to get the work done, dealing with our insurance company and we cannot thank them enough. I would definitely recommend them if you need roofing work done.
