    I contacted Dilling because my HVAC wasnt cooling properly. I told the technician I believed it just needed to be cleaned and topped off with coolant. He briefly looked at the exterior unit, said the coolant was topped off but not low, and said hed clean it as well. He also pushed me to consider replacing the entire unit, despite my concerns being relatively minor.Overnight and into the next day, the unit still wasnt cooling, so I called a different company for a second opinion. They found the coolant caps had been left off (with photos to prove it), the unit was still dirty, and it actually needed about 3.5 lbs of coolant.While I wasnt charged for the visit, Im frustrated by the lack of thoroughness and the pressure to buy a new system rather than fix the existing issue. Im sharing this so others dont waste time or feel pressured into unnecessary purchases.

    I purchased a maintenance package for **** when this business was Climatech. Dilling reached out to me to say it was time for my annual check-up. Their tech was personable. He claimed that my capacitor was rusted and ready for replacement. I asked for a quote on the work, and asked if this had to be done immediately. He leaned toward yes. He said "I do this on the side and I'll do it for $115 instead of Dilling's $300 quote. Right then I began to doubt his intergrity, and told him I'd think about it. The very next day, the **** went out. Was this a coincidence?I then called another **** company that I recommend to all of my clients, and asked them to please come to give me a quote to change the "now broken" capacitor. She called me back and said "you only owe us a trip fee...the capacitor was just disconnected and it is fine. We simply reconnected."I told her the story above and she was not surprised, said she'd heard of that scam. I thought to call the company to report the technician, but spoke to a fellow agent who told me about a family member who worked for Diling and how he quit because they were actually forcing him to run this scam.I'm so disappointed that a trusted company would do this.

    Don't know where to start. contacted Climatex of ****** to service my two units not knowing they were acquired by Dilling. They came out in spring of 2023. tech said I needed a new capacitor in each unit one was worse tha the other one he replaced one completed work paid for service an for fall return. Notice one unit wasn't coming on days later an the fan on outside unit was turning slow an making noise pulled breaker finally got them back out. Tech for got to hook up the capacitor would have ruined unit if i had'nt pulled breaker they would send a SEASON employee next time. They returned this fall to sevice units informed tech I had a light on my humidifier had a light on an he needed to check my air purifier checked both said lights were on humidifier but had no clue what was wrong an he thought I needed a bulb for the air puriifier he would write it up an they would contact me an send a SEASON employee out. Heard nothing from them. Called service they had no clue read the techs notes said they would order bulb an would get back with me. to this date haven't heard a word I have moved on an got a company that seems to care about customers all issues fixed. Dilling has lost touch with there costomers do to acquisition of other companies. Bigger is not always better. T ******

    Our mailbox was run over by ****** at Dilling Heating on 11/15. We have been getting the run around for weeks now. He told us 3 or 4 times he was going to show and never did. Then he finally shows up but with the wrong mailbox. Our HOA has strict guidelines about what kind of mailbox can be installed. He then told us he was going to order it and have it installed within that same week. No show, no call. A week later I reach out to get an update and express my frustrations. I even went as far to tell him i didn't want to leave a negative review but needed him to make this right. He told me he was expecting the mailbox that following Monday the 11th and that it would be installed that same day. I had asked for a call on Monday so that he could update me. NO call and once again NO show. By now this is probably the 4th or 5th time he has told us he is going to show up and never does. Today is the 18th and still no update. Leaving a bad review is always my last resort. I hate doing this especially when I see the companys overall reviews are positive. Unfortunately, *** exhausted all my options. At this point we had to order our own mailbox and had to pay for installation. I am requesting a full refund of $463.30 to cover the cost of the mailbox, delivery and installation. Please let me know where I can send my invoice for a refund.

    Dilling provided fantastic service on my heat pump. ************************* who works for Dilling is an outstanding service technician. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dilling .
