i was referred to this auto shop for damage that had been done to my tailgate. I contacted the body shop got an estimate and was told once it was approved I would be ;contacted, no one contact me not even Mr. *****, I called to see If it was approved and all I got was the run around, before I called a week had already gone by. once I finally get him on the phone he tells me he has 20 to 40 cars and he didn't want me to have my truck sitting on the lot for up to three weeks, i told him I was calling still waiting to hear if the estimate was approved. I feel it's very un professional to not one call a customer when you say you are and for two not schedule me an appointment, I waited a whole two weeks to hear back from him to see when I could bring my truck in and nothing. I just feel It took to long to have my tailgate done, and I had to go through too much to get a response, there was no courtesy shown, treated with no professionalism and was given the run around, it was very stressful.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2021/10/18) */ the customer came in on 8/9/21 with a ding on her tailgate . the lawn service that caused it agreed to cover the cost of the repair. it took a few days to get an approval from the lawn service for payment. upon approval she was notified and told we were booked for several weeks but if she wanted to leave just the tailgate we could repair it quicker. On 8/30/21 she left the gate. she picked it up on 9/10/21 .this was after an additional dent was repaired at her request. additional time was taken due to labor day weekend. it appears there is a misunderstanding between her and the business manager . like every business we are short staffed .Mr. ***** works in the shop she was dealing with the manager. She came in a couple of days before she picked it up complaining and was told it was ready and a message had been left on her voice mail. she did not have the truck with her so she came back 2 days later that was 9/10/21.
