      I had an appointment with *** ******* on Tue 8/3 that he missed due to illness. I rescheduled for Fri. 8/6 at 5pm, but he didn't call me. My emails and voicemail messages have gone unreturned since 8/6.

      Business Response /* (1000, 22, 2021/10/05) */ To whom it may concern: *** has been out for quite sometime due to a family member being sick and having to take turns in taking care of the individual. **** did send over his financials quite sometime ago for a review, at that time **** was unable to meet only in the evenings which due to the circumstance did not work for **** schedule. Consumer Response /* (3000, 24, 2021/10/05) */ This is completely false, because I had a set appointment with *** (a time confirmed with ******) in August, and *** never showed up to that meeting. For the last 2 months, they have failed to respond to phone messages and emails to both ****** and ***. Blaming me after taking 1.5 months to respond to BBB is simply wrong. Strange that your company has hosted other dinners at ***'s when family member are sick, yet you don't have time to respond. Business Response /* (4000, 41, 2022/02/03) */ To whom it may concern: I have reached out to **** ***** and offered up our apologizes for not being able to help him in his financial future at this time. Below is the email sent: ****- I just wanted to reach out to you in reference to the BBB complaint that was posted back in November, I do apologize we were unable to provide you with the information you needed, as Dons mother has been very ill and himself and his sister go back and forth taking care of her as she is 86 years of age. Im not sure at this time we will be able to meet your financial needs and I just wanted to let you know. Thank you for attending our financial workshop back in October. Consumer Response /* (4200, 43, 2022/02/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I attended their workshop in August (not October.) This means it took half-a-year (6 months) to receive any response from this company...despite emailing them, calling them, and filing a BBB complaint in August 2021. I also asked today for them to cease-and-desist contacting me, but they are still emailing me! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - STAY AWAY!
