      I have been trying to contact the ************ as far as my IR form which I still have not signed. It has been two months and every time I call the office no one is ever in the office nor do I ever get a call back from anyone. I have tried calling, sending emails, as well as going to the office on the days that it is supposed to be open but I am still unable to reach anyone. I have done everything in my power to contact someone about my IR as well as calling the home office and they are saying there is nothing that they can do. I am currently 7 months pregnant and I cannot work due to it as well as other medical reasons. I am seriously considering taking it to court or filing a complaint with BBB. I'm in desperate need of someone contacting me due to this reason, I do not want to lose my house because I am unable to get the necessary documentation done due to not being able to reach anyone in office.

      This company does not answer the phone or follow up on any applications like they state. As of recent in ************, they told everyone to to stop doing paper applications and they would be following up with online apps. The online applications have never worked since the website has been reconstructed. Once I called the corporate number for UMII, they recommended I try again in a few weeks but that was a little over three months ago. This company is a fake and a scam and shouldnt be continued being managed by the same people who are running it with this god awful service and upkeep.

      I've been dealing with mold in my vents for months. Called the main office and the apartment building office all I get in the run around. It's spreads all around the vents and walls and even on my daughter's crib I had to throw it away cause it was covered in mold thats extremely unsafe and can kill you. Especially my 2 little kids.

      I had surgery on July 20th 2022. I came home and two weeks later my stitches came undone . I had to go have emergency surgery because my stomach was infected . I stayed in the hospital for a week . While I was in the hospital Mrs. Sandy called me and asked if I filled out my recertification online . I said no and I filled it out while in the hospital . Mrs. Sandy told me to not worry about my rent because i was in the hospital with my stomach opened I'm still under doctors care till this day not back at work yet . But I also told Mrs. Sandy when I get back to work i'll be giving all my checks to housing until its paid in full to catch up .Mrs. Sandy told me she would not be putting an eviction notice on my door do to what I'm dealing with . Even with that being said I found a notice for court on my door .I'm a foster parent with a baby I have custody of and if I'm evicted her and I will be out on the street with no place to live . Court is next week in Cumberland County. Please help. I have hospital and email records on my cell phone that can't be uploaded ********* **** 10/13/22

      I live in highlander apartments in Redsprings nc and. Have been living out hear for a few years now and I really do like it but the only problem I keep having is with the lady that supposed to work in the office and never ever be's on there ,anytime I have to take something out there to her it takes me a month to get it turned in to her because she's never in her office and then when my paperwork is late it always seems to be my fault somehow ,I received a eviction letter today that she wrote out on the 8/31 but I turned my papers in on 8/30 and it's says I'm evicted for faitlure to do so and had she been in her off I could have turned in in three weeks earlier I tried several times but she was never in there,I would like for her to do better on that or for y'all to put someone in the office over hear that wants to be in it daily so that I don't keep having these problems in the future THANKS

      I ******* ******* was notified of charges placed on my account for 5 holes in the walls through out the unit, and the hood range over the stove being replaced for no possible reason and on my dollar because it was charged to my account AFTER PASEIN INSPECTION A WEEK BEFORE WITH NO WORD OF ANY DAMAGES TO ANYTHING. So after calling down to the head office in Fayetteville North Carolina for over 2 going in 3 months trying to get an understanding to what's going on with the charges and finding out it was for damages I had no knowledge of. Well no call back, no email , no anything for 2 months BUT threats of eviction would keep showing up on the door. So again I reach out to the head office united managment II in Fayetteville Nc and the young lady casandra admits their was two attempts made by them their in the office to the site manager to contact me to explain these charges 2 months before and she remembered me calling months ago and couldn't believe the problem was still unresolved. She also admitted they was suppose to take pictures of all suppose damages to the properties and their was NONE AT ALL TO BACK up THE CHARGES ON THE ACCOUNT (this is coming out administrations mouth) the sweet Cassandra wanted to for the third time reach out and tell the site manager that I HAD INQUIRED ABOUT THESE CHARGES MONTHS PRIOR AND THAT SHE COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WAS STILL UNRESOLVED. The property manager now surprisingly calls this go round and she is on the phone with a stern tone as if HER MIND IS ALREADY MADE UP WE WANT THE MONEY AND THATS IT. Never mind standard procedure of pictures to prove the damage never mind what them down at administration office told you the charges stick. No we not coming to show you no holes that we supposedly patched (because there isn't any) NO we not explaining why we replaced the $600 hood range just know it was a fire ( which had to be a very unique fire cause all the counter tops around the stove the stove the cabinets around the hood range

      Second time I dropped my money order off to pay rent and the money order was cashed but my rent wasn't paid. I contacted my office and they said it could not be found. I have the receipts for the original money orders and the reciept for when I paid for it. I cannot afford to keep paying rent twice. It was dropped off to a United Management Clerk behind a window. Western union policies say no refund once it's been cashed. Therefore I will have to pay again.

      I met with United Management II, representative, Mr. L*** on 4-28-2021. I submitted my application and two $30.00 money orders, to Mr. L***, on this date. (1 money order for me and 1 for my son who was 18) I spoke with Mr. L*** periodically in May and June. I was told (and the application states) that you have to submit an updated application every 120 days. I was told to provide a $30.00 money order, in order to remain on the waiting list and to keep my current spot on the list. I was due to submit my application and money orders, no later than 8-26-21, however, I called numerous numbers several times from July to October and did not get anyone on the telephone until October 22, 2021. I spoke with Ms. Mandi and Ms. Audrey, who informed me that L*** left & I was no longer on the list. I explained to the both of them what had happened and was later told that I would be placed next on the list to receive a unit. I had to re-submit my application as well as two $30.00 money orders, on this date. I made Ms. Audrey aware in December that my son obtained Section 8 and I wanted to remove him from my application and place him on the waiting list for a 1 bedrrom that takes Section 8. Ms. Audrey told me that she would take care of this and that she needed another application and $30.00 money order, which I provided. I last spoke with Ms. Audrey in February, 2022. I sent my updated application on/about March 1, 2022 as well as another $30.00 money order. I attempted to contact Ms. Mandi and Ms. Audrey, but there was no response. My son had to update his application this month, so I assisted him with the application and a $30.00 money order was mailed out. I still attempted to call Ms. Mandi and Ms. Audrey and did not get anyone on the phone until 4-12-22. I spoke with Ms. Kailyn, who told me that Ms. Mandi and Ms. Audrey no longer work there, and that I was not next on the list, but was now # 10, and my son was still on my application and was never placed on 1 bedroom list.

      Goodevening I am reaching out to find assistance on how I can speak to someone on a decision made by my property management I feel like I am unjustly being put out of my apartment I am a single mother of five children an have been in my apartment for three years I reported that I had a bug infestation in my home they came an found it to be bed begs they sprayed the first time then gave me a warning to clean up an get red of some stuff I got red of half of me an my children's clothing blankets ECT. They came an sprayed again after we had disposed of excessive belongings they claimed to have came again for another inspection to see if the problem was resolved on the 21st I feel that is false because I was home alday on the 21st due to it being my ex fiances 3 year death anniversary Tuesday February 22 I came home after prayer that evening it was a 30 day notice on my door asking me to vacate my home I don't feel that I breached any part of my lease an that I've been complying with anything they've asked me to do I am the one who notified them that I had a bug infestation I don't understand why I am being blamed as though I intentionally brought the bugs here I feel as though the bed bugs may have came in some belongings that we were given I don't feel my lack of so called housekeeping was the issue that gave birth to the bed bug infestation though I'm sure it didn't help I did comply an get red of unnesasary items I am willing to do it again even willing to through furniture away if that will help resolve the issue an help me an my children keep our home thank you for your time.
