              My name is *************** my wife and I gave **** our taxes for two corporations and our personal back in March of 2023. Since then I have been unable to reach anyone in the office by phone. I have emailed **** several time asking for a estimated date of completion, she only responds that they are working on it and she has had personal problems of her dad passing, which I respect and gave plenty of time even though the *** doesnt make exceptions. We are going on 5 months since we dropped them off, still no phone calls back and no idea when they will be complete. After waiting 4 months she offered to give our deposit back, which no account ever requested a deposit, and I could come pick them up. We just want her to do our taxes as she agreed to in a timely fashion. I would not recommend her at all. We sold our home and are now living with relatives with stuff in storage because we can not apply for a line with our taxes, she has been aware of this for months. Horrible communication and service.

              Bottom Line Accounting returns all received phone calls and emails as quickly as possible for all clients. We are extremely honest with our clients regarding the processing of their financial information whether it be an individual or a business. Our company policy is that tax returns are worked in the order they are received and as quickly as possible. All tax clients are required to complete an annual Engagement Letter and Tax Organizer.Expectations and polices are clearly outlined in this document and no tax work begins without our clients signature(s). As a full-service tax and accounting practice, we follow all due dates related to client work and when necessary,extensions are filed and the extended due dates are followed. We work hard to meet our client's expectations but there are naturally times that personal and professional circumstances arise that are beyond human control making it impossible to please every client.
