    Garman Homes was the builder of the home that we put a deposit on in May 2022. Since then it has only been issue after issue when dealing with them. To begin with - their website has false statements made on it. For these statements and exact dates and issues we had. Please refer to the supporting document labeled "Experience with Garman Homes Email". After we finally moved into our house (12/13/2023), the house still had unresolved issues that we were told would be resolved come the beginning of January 2023. Garman also ts on their website and we signed documents stating they have a 45-day check-in where any unresolved issues or issues that came up when moving would be taken care of. We did not have our walkthrough with the ***Team" as they call themselves, until February 27, 2023 approximately 76 days after we closed (see text message correspondence 1 image). After that walkthrough, we did not hear anything about any of the repairs until March 30, 2023 (see text message correspondence 2 image), almost a month after the initially delayed walkthrough because I reached out via email to the Triad Market Leader in an email (see Garman Homes - **************** email 1 and email 2). We have had nothing but an awful experience with this company and someone needs to be held responsible as this is our home that spent significant money on for things to be right.

    Unfinished and faulty work, no communication or follow up. After 6 months, issues not resolved. Over paid for home that we had to spend extra money to repair pending work that was part of mortgage.

    Thank you for sharing your concerns and experience and for choosing to partner with us foryour new home. We found thatyour 45-day warranty visit didn't take place until 67 days after your closing date. Which is not acceptable at all. We do see thatthe team has been in contact from August 12th to as recently as January 17th to assist you. All concerns and repairs within our warranty guidelines are eithercompleted or in process. Of courseplease continue to contact our warranty team or the appropriate vendor located on the sticker inside of your kitchen cabinet.
