      When I was at the store asking about phones she told me what phone was what. And I picked a phone she said it has high dated on it so I picked it. She didn't fully set up my phone she turn it on and send me on my way when got home no block piece camera bad. I call her told her this morning I was going to bring phone back because I don't like the phone she said they would take 25.00 off what I paid for the phone. I said I don't get that. Then I said OK when I get a chance I will bring phone back because I work. She said OK. Then someone just called me and ask how was the phone I explained I didn't like phone then she why not good Camara quality and a block wasn't in box. She said I can't help you brought a cheap phone then she said I will have to pay $25.00 to bring the phone back I said huh I should've have ever came to store you all give the wrong info and didn't set up my phone completely I said I was going to call BBB and she hang up on me

All new ******* and ***** devices are now shipped without a charging brick. These are boxed up by the manufacture. Thus charging bricks are sold separately. For your inconvenience, we can provide you one at 50% off. As for the return of the device, Upgrade fees ($25), as stated in ***** Policy are nonrefundable, that is what the representative was trying to get across. Furthermore, device can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, counting day of purchase as day one. If you choose to refund it within the 7 days, I will approve the full refund. The A13 (the device you purchased) is a great device and highly positively reviewed upon our customers with no complaints. I hope you may give the device another chance.
