Multiple accounts are reported on two people's reports. One person has nothing to do with any accounts or knowledge of accounts. Called in to speak to them. They confirmed that it is not me, but refuse to update the credit bureaus. They also verbally tell me that it is not me, but will not provide documentation to me to submit myself. For the other person, they show late payments, but confirm on the phone that they are current. Will not correct with bureaus. Then they verbally said they are "double charging" to a random account that is not valid and never was confirmed, but are refusing to remove the *** fees, even though the payment is set up automatically with a debit card. They said they charge the debit card but also an account. An account was never set up so there is no knowledge to what account they have nor was it ever told that anything is double charged. Otherwise a valid account tied to the card would have been provided.Business Response

I did a lease agreement with you guys and I have been making payments I called in June when I noticed so many things gone wrong and your agent told me that my full payment would be $614 plus tax when I called on June 21 2025 even though original 90 days pay options was $574.58 I have made payment of $312.10 so far and Im willingly to pay off the balance of $262.48 off before by 08/23/25, I called today 08/14/2025 and ****** was so adamant on the phone telling me I owe $698 so am debunking that outrageous deceptive claims,so I cant keep going back and forth my claim stands and I will be filing a complaint with WA DFI,CFPB and TILA and other financial institutions for predatory lending.Business Response

Pay tomorrow calls me around 6 to 8 times a day stating I have missed a payment. I have never heard of this company before and have no account with them. We had an account with this business. During the entire pay off process.there was no negative impact on credit scores. We paid it off early due to only owing a few dollars. Paid it off to avoid an extra $50 + dollars for the next scheduled payment. I emailed the company and the representative would only state that I had previously late payments. That was strange, I did advise that my bank automatically rejected a couple of their debits, but as soon as I found out, it was corrected and they received the payment. It never went passed 30 days. When I requested to see when it went over 30 days, no response. All I am requesting is they remove the negativity from the credit reports.Business Response

This company allowed someone to fraudulently open up a line of credit of sorts using my info that has been compromised on the web. They did not do the proper verification. I received a unknown package from a computer company and that lead me to paytomorrow finance. When I called paytomorrow finance they have an account open with a charge of $1.963.44 on 5/28/25 but this charge does not appear anywhere on any of my accounts and the credit card they have on file is very likely stolen/fraudulentBusiness Response

I purchased a set of tires and rims from this company. I closed out my account on April 17. I do believe with the remaining of $1136 that was removed from my account and they assured me that my account would be closed yesterday. I got a report on my credit that said an account was open through pay tomorrow yesterday. Although the account was closed for over two months now I called and I spoke to someone they will not return my phone call and they keep putting things on my credit score which is making my credit score to go down so please help.Business Response

I have purchased rims and tires from Extreme customs using Pay tomorrow. My bank was hacked and I needed to set my automatic payments back up again with them. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with them. I finally got them to set my account back on automatic payments and they still reported my account to my credit even though they are taking my payment every other week out of my account and I was not past due or missed any payments. I have emailed them over 20 times without any responses at all. I have proof of this as well. They are taking the payments out of my account and I only owe them 150$ but they are reporting to my credit that I am not paying them. I would not use this company at all!! Complaint Summary:I was deceived by PayTomorrow LLC into entering both a lease and a loan agreement for a single purchase in December 2024. This dual-contract structure was never clearly disclosed and has created overlapping financial obligations on the same item. The structure appears deliberately designed to confuse consumers and inflate payments well beyond the items value.Details of the Complaint:PayTomorrow enrolled me into a closed-end consumer lease with a buyout option and, simultaneously, a simple interest loan with a security agreement for the same equipment. This dual liability was never explained to me in plain language. The contracts conflict with each other: one says I do not own the item, the other assigns me ownership and collateral rights. This is not only deceptive it may be unlawful under consumer finance and leasing laws.When I brought this to their attention through a formal complaint to the ****, their response completely ignored the substance of my concerns. They offered irrelevant commentary about payment status and never addressed the predatory dual-contract structure. I am rejecting this response because:
PayTomorrow is conducting illegal business in ***** under a forfeited corporate entity with no legal authority to ******** or collect debt. They are not registered as a **************************** as required by ************* Code Chapter 393, issued a loan with an APR of 16% in violation of the states 10% usury cap, and used a deceptive dual-contract scheme (lease and loan) for a single item in violation of TILA, CLA, and **********. Their credit reporting to Experian and ********** is fraudulent and unverifiable, constituting FCRA violations. Collection attempts on a void contract issued by a non-authorized entity are also clear violations of the ***** and Texas Debt Collection Act. I have filed complaints with the ****, ***, and Texas Attorney General, and I demand immediate full deletion of all tradeline data and formal termination of all contracts. This is the second time PayTomorrow has sent a copy-paste template pretending this is a customer service complaint. Its not. You are knowingly ignoring multiple state and federal violations. Leaving in the placeholder "[customer name]" proves you didnt even bother to read the complaint, just recycled generic garbage.
So heres your reality check:
I dare you to address the legal violations I raised, directly, in writing, right here. No phone calls. No vague apologies.
Lets see you defend:
Operating under a forfeited corporate entity in *****
Issuing loans with 16% APR, exceeding the 10% usury cap
Failing to register as a **************************** (Texas Finance Code Chapter 393)
Using a dual-contract deception (lease + loan) for a single item in violation of TILA, CLA, and the Texas DTPA

I am rejecting this response because:This response confirms everything Ive alleged: PayTomorrow is not here to resolve anything in good faith, they are here to deflect, mislead, and retaliate.
Lets be clear: they have still not addressed a single legal issue I raised. Instead, theyve chosen to make personal accusations and falsely imply wrongdoingwhile conveniently ignoring the fact that their contract is void under Texas law.
Their admission that they are actively pursuing collection efforts, on a contract Ive disputed as illegalconfirms ongoing violations of the following:

PayTomorrows continued pattern of ignoring direct legal allegations is astounding.
This response falsely claims that their credit bureau reporting is accurate, without addressing any of the violations I have documented in writing, including:
Attempting to collect on a void, illegal contract (FDCPA 807 violation)
Operating under a forfeited corporate entity in *****, without legal standing to lend or collect

I do not know how this happened when I called them they were little to no help and told me I applied with them from an online merchant of some sort and was approved but I didn't use them. I explained This never happened I never authorized this company to run a credit check I wouldn't use this company to do so if I were to finance online.
