            We placed a large window order with Duke Vinyl Windows ********* **, We received the quote back, verified the window sizes and placed the order. The windows took a very long time to be received for one. But upon receiving the windows we had a total of 5 that were the wrong size.We verified the order sheet, as well as requesting the build sheet also verifying sizes were correct and they were but just built the wrong size.We have emailed/called many times with no reply, finally *** ( Office Lady) had said we could bring up the windows for inspection.We brought them up to Duke Vinyl Windows location, no one would assist in unloading or even measuring the windows. this happened 3 separate times!This is very unprofessional on their part to not at least take some responsibility that the windows were built the wrong size when the actual window size clearly does not match the order or their own build sheet.The only option they are giving us is to re order the windows, pay full cost to replace the windows that were built incorrectly and to be placed in line for production, Not even trying to rush order the windows as we have been on hold for months because of this.

            Terrible customer service, terrible quality. I've done business with this company for years and ever since they sold out, the service and quality have rapidly declined. The ladies up front either don't know what they are doing or are so overwhelmed that can't make headway. Rarely does anyone answer the phone, even more rarely do they return calls. They are swiftly running this business into the ground. We've lost enough money dealing with this company in the last year that we have sought out another company that charges more, with having to make extra trips and gas wasted, jobs lost due to customers unwilling to wait, we will likely come out ahead in the long run!
