I'm a first time home owner, and am wary of being taken advantage of, but needed professional help when two leaks appeared. Multiple neighbors recommended RRIS, and I feel confident that we've found our guy! **** was responsive, timely and beyond helpful. He repaired a couple spots on the roof pro-****, identified the cause of our main problem which turned out to be a DIY reno issue caused by the previous owners that our home inspector missed, and helped us understand our roof in general and what to watch out for as it aged. This is someone who truly has your best interests at heart. We are so relieved to have someone we can trust and work with in the long term.

**** came by to check on our non-working attic roof fan knowing it would likely need to be replaced. While checking it out, he also found the existing fan had been connected through the air conditioner, a code violation. He removed the old fan and installed a new one. **** has decades of experience and keeps up with the code updates, latest in products, etc. He demonstrates the utmost integrity.Review from Brian S

**** visited my home to inspect and investigate a small but consistently annoying leak in my roof that was making its way into my kitchen. **** was very personable and his knowledge and experience was evident right of the bat.
