    I had a water leak under my driveway August 2023. He tore up my driveway to repair leak. Charged me $5015.32. He did not know what he was doing! January 2024 had another leak. This time I had someone else repair it. They did not have to tear out entire section of driveway because they located the leak. The leak was due to a faulty repair which was guaranteed for 1 yr. Also, want refund for water/sewer bill of $459.32. Had they done a proper repair this would not have happened. JP of Paragon Roofing has not responded to me about this. A very detailed description is attached as a Word Document. I also have photos if you need them. I am a senior on a fixed income and can't afford to be taken advantage of this way!
