H & S Roofing did a great job. I had them do some roof maintenance, replaced vent boots, replaced flashing around chimmney, and installed new chimmney cap, etc. The guys that came were experienced and knew what they were doing. They took their time and did a proper job and cleaned up well. This company was quick to respond and was reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again in the future for any Roofing needs.

H & S Roofing ******** *** was contracted by us to repair a storage shed on our lot in *********. They notified us when they would come to our lot and replaced the existing shingles on the shed plus plywood and the fascia on the front of the shed. They did an excellent job for a good price. I strongly recommend them.

Be very careful about hiring this company while Ned A***** is their President! H&S submitted a proposal in July 2020 for 6'" gutters and oversized downspouts according to my architectural drawings from my architect. I explained to them that i am going through significant updates/renovation to the outside of my 4,880 sq ft house (33 new windows; replacing wood, facia where necessary; lighting updated; then the gutters, gutter guards and downspouts replaced. They seemed to understand that I would not get to the gutter work until spring 2021 as the other work was a pre-requisite. They took down the old gutters/downspouts and charged me for it in late 2020. In April 2021 all other work was completed so I called they to install the gutters and downspouts. Once up I said I would select the gutter guards based on their recommendation for the size of my home and pitch of my roof. I DID NOT FIND OUT THAT ALL OF THEIR INSTALERS ARE 3RD PARTY CONTRACTORS UNTIL AFTER PROBLEMS SURFACED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND THEIR GUTTER GUARD PRODUCT. After the gutters and downspouts were installed I noticed areas that needed attention. They put the upper and lower downspouts in the wrong place and they were not aligned in one straight line. Nor did the upper downspouts feed directly into the lower gutters, all clearly outlined in the architectural drawings. In the house rear, the upper downspouts ended on my lower roof and not in the lower gutters. Also, all along the upper and lower gutters the rain was coming behind the gutters. In several places in the rear, the rain water was heavily coming out the side of the gutter onto the garage side wall and onto my home. When I called Billy he came and found that endcaps were either missing or not sealed correctly, the pitch of the gutters was off, and the installation crew completely missed the way all the downspouts were to be installed, and that deflectors needed to be installed on the lower roof along with flashing. While these major items were being fixed I selected their premium gutter guards based on conversations with them. The contractor came out twice to install them and them were not getting 50% of the rain. They sent Scott out 3 times to fix the shoddy work and one trip he took all the 360 LF of guards off, fixed the gutters and then reinstalled the guards. HE ALSO INFORME ME THAT THE GUARDS THAT H&S SOLD ME WERE 1. DEFINITELY NOT THE RIGHT SOLUTION FOR MY HOME BUT ASKED ME NOT TO TELL H&S SINCE HE RELIED ON THEM TO PROVIDE HIM WORK; 2. THE GUARDS WERE INSTALLED IN A BAD WAY BY THE OTHER CONTRACTOR; AND 3. THE GUTTERS ALL NEEDED TO BE REPITCHED. I have pictures and video's of all this shoddy work and of the rain that is pouring over the gutter guards and all over onto my home. After asking for over 3 weeks for H&S to bring any different gutter guards to me that may be more functional with it not happening, I told Billy that I will have ther guards removed and stacked so they could pick them up. They called in their President, Ned A*****, which is where everything took a turn for the worse. Ned sent another contractor to remove the guards on 8/5 and he was ringing my doorbell at 7:25am. No one told me about this. We had to get Ned on the phone and Ned said that he doesn't believe me and my story, that his guys did what they were told to do by me, started to quote things about the physics of rain, the good graces of God and heavy rainfall, that I don't know what I am talking about and that I was lying to him. I a call with he, Scott, Billy and myself he said that his people did not install these items incorrectly and that he did not believe me and that they have come out way too many times. He used all these actual words. I mentioned that maybe he should consider that his contractor crews are not informing him with the real reasons that they have been out here so many times and in what they told me because they feared they would be fired as contractors. He told me he doesn't believe me and wants to be done with me! He was not interested in trying to figure the proper solution to fix the problem but rather said that he needs to collect the money for the gutter guards and move on. All the time he was condescending, arrogant, not willing to listen and called me a liar and does not want to deal with me. In a non bragging manner, I informed him that I have double degrees in Mathematics and Physics so i understand exactly what he is saying about the 'physics of rain', so he threw that back at me saying i was bragging and didn't know his business. He is in a cust service business and should have not used the words and tone of voice he did. In texts this weekend (8/7)) he said " We don't agree and don't bother me we will be there on monday". I replied " Ned, you stay away from my house as I'll deal with Billy (sales) . You are arrogant, condescending, unintelligent and a liar. You are not to step foot on my property'.
