Delete my first comment about this company this is the real comment.BEWARE PART 1 Listen to me ladies and gentlemen..For your own good, stay as far away as you can. From just the demonic demon, known as ***********************. Sell your house with a realty agent.Do not sell your house whatsoever to any of these people who offer cash for houses, especially Is QC homebuyers. Do not I repeat do not sign any paperwork with him. Do not take any money from him. Don't take a thousand dollars. Don't even take a dollar.I'm gonna pull up several of his response text messages. You can read it for yourself.Me and ****** moved some stuff out of a 5 bedroom, 3 Bath house where the garage over half acre land will not kill ourselves. This guy gave us 21 days. I heard from him all the time everyday. Asking are you out yet or you done yet? But you done yet? Even when he was in **********, visiting his family, he text me and says oh hi ***************, blah, blah, blah. Blah, are you done yet? Are you done yet?He does not care nothing about you or your family. Your children, whether they're alive. Or they went home with ***** like my son Tee-***** did 36 months ago. doesn't care.Do not Use *********************** for anything you will regret it.Hes a monster in this Industry that you never see you never meet. But once and hides behind his attorneys.

I enjoyed the entire process with QC Home Buyers. I worked with ***** and the guy was just solid and upfront. I was really reticent about selling direct to a company like this--have you heard all of the horror stories from place like Open Door and OfferPad--but this was a great experience. The offer was fair, especially considering my need for a quick turn-around. Not only was ***** honest and helpful, the inspector (I can't remember his name) was also just a solid dude. He was in and out, relatively quickly, and was a good conversationalist, too. I unreservedly recommend them, based solely on my interaction with these team members.
