5 starsCarolina Property Management (CPM) was very thorough in screening potential tenants for me. The pre-move-in inspection was very detailed. I'm now receiving very timely monthly payments. As each month goes by and get even more pleased with how things are going. Staff is friendly and has a very positive attitude. I highly recommend CPM.
