Company is a complete sham. First off terrible customer service. They canceled the appointment time twice and offered little to no consideration. They charge $125 service fee just to come out. The guy didnt even bother trying to fix the issue. Just quoted an absurd amount of money to replace. I just needed to replace a gas insert in my fireplace. He tried to quote me $1,700 for the insert and $1,100 for labor. I found a replacement on Amazon for $170 and paid a local plumber $100 to replace. My cost $270. They quoted me $2,800. Absolute disgrace they should be investigated. They get you on the service fee and do absolutely nothing.

Thank you for your time to review our Business! We looked in our data base and it seems like we offered a Service fee for $62.50 because our tech was running late for the appointment 3pm-5pm. It is also seems like Homeowner was disregarding our calls and never paid the service fee. Fire place has not been used for over years and was rusted with improper burning and was rusted out. As a licensed company we need to make sure your GAS appliance operates properly. So this is the case we will not repair if the gas appliance is not operating properly. Glad you made it work and fix it your self.

Home Serve overpaid for Concrete work and several changes to the original estimate. No concrete work was done for $ ******* , but Home Serve Paid them. Work distance was only 1:2 of original because they came in the front of my house instead of the back which was twice the distance as the front. Cost $ ******** I never saw the tracer line and I was there the whole time. Had to pay $ 425. Before they would start for upgrades. If they do not return the money or bring me 2 yards of concrete they are crooks. Regretabley I have contacted both Home ********** Plumbing, and the water *****

Unfortunately, this business abused my trust. *** repeatedly ran my debit card 18 times in a 2 minute cycle which locked up my account. The company overcharged me for work that has taken months to complete. While I was on the telephone with my credit union attending to the mess of my checking account caused by *** charging my debit card repeatedly, the credit union representative let me know that additional charges were showing up from *** plumbing. The amount charged for my tankless water heater was incorrect. So, that not only was I severely overcharged, I was repeatedly overcharged the wrong fee. The good thing is my credit union never paid *** because they continually charged my checking account so that my account was blocked for fraudulent activity and scam. I was contacted to follow up for fraud. I let the fraud agent know that I was in contact with my credit union to block all charges from ***. This company has been so much trouble to be bothered with. Before, my tankless water heater was installed, I argued with the technician regarding the fee for the installation. The technician tried hard to get more money out of me. I am not surprised that the company manipulated my payment. I suspect the repeatedly charging my account is a type of retaliation for defending myself against the fraud this company tried hard to perpetrate against me. I am making this note to let others know that this company is not trustworthy. The company will use unethical practices to get as much money as they can get. Along this process of overcharging me repeatedly on my checking account, not once did anyone apologize for the wrong. Especially telling is the fact that I was offered no compensation from the company. It was blatantly obvious my business was worthless to this company, I have been dealt with in an attitude of disrespect and disregard....until my credit union blocked payment because *** processed this charge in a way that flagged a scam alert and fraudulent activity.

Court date for Small Claims court case is April 19th @ 1 pm to follow up regarding overcharging me for home repairs and upgrades.

Yes there was a Court date under small claims our company showed all the proofs, pictures and communications. All customer complaints were dismissed and *** Plumbing , Electric and HVAC won that case by showing proof of passed inspection and all necessary documents as well,

This business is horrible. My water heater was not getting hot and the service Technician came out and inform us that we needed a new water heater. He did not thoroughly check he looked at the heater and came to the conclusion. Keep in mind our water heater was checked at the beginning of the year and it was fine. It was an old water heater but in good working condition. None the less my family had not taken a hot shower in over a week so we went with there advice and went through our home warranty and purchased a new hot water heater. My home warranty people the company over $2000. And we came out of pocket over $1000. We get the new hot water heater installed and we STILL do not have hot water!!!!!!! So a service guy comes out and informed us that the reason we are not getting hot water is not because of the hot water heater it’s an electrical issue! So now we have paid out of our pocket over $1000 for a hot water heater that we actually did not need!! I’m sooo upset and disappointed by the service. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks and not one manager has contacted me back! Customer service is very poor!!! I would not recommend anyone to this company and if you are referred buy your warranty company RUN!! They truly are just in the business to make/take money not provide the customer what they really need!

Thank you for your review! Our records indicates that we were hired by your warranty company and they did not covered the whole cost of replacing your old leaking water heater. After replacing the water heater next day water heater was not heating water. After sending our Service manager he found out that there is a bad breaker in the electrical panel causing intermediate power supply. We offered to send a electrician to resolve the issue but per homeowner they have their own electrician! Hope the issue was resolved!
