A nursing home requested a drug filled by Remedi for my mother on 2/13/2023 that she wasn't supposed to receive. She did not receive the drug I have pursued getting this resolved with Charlestown place and Remedi since it happened. The current status is that REmedi says the nursing home should pay. The nursing home says Remedi should take the drug back. They both think some how I'm responsible for this mistake I had no part of. I am tired of the collection agency calling. I want someone to step up and take responsibility.Business response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our pharmacy followed our standard process, but unfortunately in this instance, the facility did not. The medication was requested to be sent by the facility and a return request was not filed within 60 days, per policy. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve our pharmacy services.
