      If I could give it half a star or even less I would. I went there to lease a car. Drove out of the dealership and 5 weeks went by hearing nothing from NMAC (the finance company). Went on the Nissan Finance Website to see if I could log in as I knew that it's been a month and they'd be expecting a payment from me. My Social, VIN for the car and name were not recognized at all. I called them up and they had no record of me and told me to call the dealership. Spoke to the finance department and started to say it looked like NMAC asked for something from the dealership and then he cut off, said nothing. Told me let me call you back in an hour. 3 hours go by and I hear nothing. I texted my sales guys *********************** who proceeds to tell me "they're looking into it" and when I told him my concerns about being dinged for late fees or anything he tells me...a grown 52 year old woman, "They wouldn't do that to you, you're a good girl". It's 2023 and I have some kid young enough to be my son belittling me like that. But I digress. Finance finally calls me back and tell me that I need to unfreeze my credit so they can do another pull. I told them no, that I didn't think it was fair to have that him my credit report again b/c someone in that dealership dropped the ball. Long story short 24 hours later still nothing was done. I had to text some more b/c I couldn't get anyone on the phone nor could I leave a message. I was told they didn't s**** up but that Nissan Corp was "down for 6 weeks" and no dealership could process of fund loans. (Yeah ok.) Now I was told I needed to unfreeze it just so that they could tie the loan to my credit. And guess what they did. ANOTHER HARD PULL! After I specifically told them I didn't want that done and they did anyway. And lied about it. These clowns completely dropped the ball with my lease. Had I not called them who knows how long this could have gone on. I'm disgusted by how I was spoken to and lied to and would never go here for a car again.

      Run away from.this dealership. Especially their service department. They had my car for service and a month later my car started making noise when I hit the brakes. Took it in for service again and they tried to say I needed 6k with of work done. Told them I needed a second opinion. Glad I did, car was fixed for $450. They tried to get me out of $6k. Run. They are scanners.

      Im a new driver , this was my first time trying to buy a car and I had a co-signer with a +600 credit score. They printed out false information to make it seem as if my co-signer didnt have any credit which was a lie because every credit bureau my co-signer has a login to that she can check her credit . I had $0 for them so thats another reason they probably didnt want to give me the car but this is NOT FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS LOL THEY SAY THEY ARE BUT THEY STILL WANT MONEY MONEY MONEY MONAAAAAAA

      i brought my car in for service and they where trying to charge me $6000 for a part and service that has a total of $400. very disappointed in the honesty of the business service department. very upset that they will try to pull off such a hideous stunt on a good returning customer. i called the dealer on independence blvd and they gave me these prices so i am not going threw a bad second hand fishy business. its official infiniti dealer just like this one is of nissan. just a lot farther but with honest prices and good service. i do not recommend this dealership to anybody. save your time and money.

      Lied about the car, not even an oil changed was performed. Im trying to get resolution but unreliable. Called Nissan corporate, tried to get in touch with Scott Clark Corporate, no resolution. Lied about down payment and my monthly payments, lied about condition of car, smelled like smoke and tried to resolve but couldnt, car was in an accident and was assured it was perfect and they did what they had to and they most certainly didnt. Started a resolution with someone (will not mention names) and they totally dropped the ball and stopped responding and answering questions. Frustration is the least of it. Putting a formal complaint in now. They should be shut down.
