      I wish I had never walked into this dealership, Exactly 10 days ago on 4/18/2023 I walked into this dealership because my car broke down exactly a mile away from this location, I owned a 2011 Mazda6 which was in a fair condition with a clean title. They gave me a huge bill of $**** just to get the car up and running so I just asked them for my trade in value!! again I had no intension to buy a car. Then I met with one of the sales representatives *********, I told him clearly I am looking for the cheapest ****** I told him I would prefer a Camry just to take a look at it and see where I stand with my finances and everything I kept asking him if I could come back take sometime to think he said clearly there is no harm in taking a test drive and should me 1 car which was a 2019 Camry *************** with ***** miles on it and it was prices at $24000 but I was told it was $22424 by the sales representative. Then I was they threw me a low ball offer on my car saying its broken we need to fix it, they offered me $1500 on my car initially. While we were taking a look at the car 1. I was not told that the car had a rear side damage.2. I was not given the carfax report until a week after buying the car 3. He did not know the features of the car; He told me that the car had auto blind spot monitors but there is some settings which need to be changed to get it to work. 4. He told me that the car comes with apple car play you just need to set it up with your phone.5. He told me the negotiations are in the office with the finance manager this was not like exact price it will be based off your options which I can discuss with the financing manager *************6. I was sent to a cabin with Hunter where I told him I cant accept $1500 on my trade in my car which was a mazda6 isport 2011 model with a clean title. He bumped up the trade in to ****, then to **** and then to **** is what they promised and later on paper its valued at $2800 and when I need Justice

      Review is as simple as this. Dishonorable salesmanship ok at this dealership. Online inquiry led to online sales specialist reaching out. I made an offer to online sales specialist. Received a counter out the door offer. I agreed and requested a price breakdown. They wanted to know location. Received breakdown that was 4k more than original OTD offer. Requested breakdown of original counteroffer so that I could compare and see what happened. Instead, I received a call from salesperson named *** who said he would be taking over the sale from the online sales specialist. I have yet to receive breakdown after 6 days of *** giving me the run around with the excuse of personal and work life imbalance. Turns out they are intentionally waiting to see if they can get a better offer in an auction while they "wait for a rim rash to be fixed" because they cant sell the car with a damaged rim because they have a reputation to uphold. The irony. This is the worst form of dishonorable salesmanship and indeed what gives car sales associates their negative stereotypes. I mentioned to *** that what they were doing was unethical and dishonorable since we agreed on a price, he replies with there are no signatures so there is no agreement. I dont blame ***; the blame is on this dealership that says to its employees its ok.
