This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. They were in my backyard less than 2 minutes and did nothing. When I sent pictures of the results of the landscaping, I received a hateful email response from the office manager ***********************. I instructed in my first email asking for a quote that my dog went to the bathroom in my backyard, there were weeds I was having issues with as well.This is the response I was sent I spoke with the supervisor on this and he reported that your grass was over a foot high. I also have reviewed the pictures that you attached and I see that this appears to be consistently unmaintained for a long periods of time . I see a lot of siding damage and fence damage that is old due to lack of maintenance of the yard and other landscape companies trying to weed whack/trim the grass that has grown up the side of the house and fence. The last picture shows a lack of picking up your dog f**** and we are unable to mow over this. I would appreciate you finding another provider to continue services with you as we are not interested in providing services for your property.Thank you,******* Office Manager Turfbound Landscape ,LLCMy backyard was not that bad. It was well maintained by my father who is unable to do it any longer. Please do not use this company. Zero customer service. I had proof of the terrible job, and it was completely blamed on me in response.
