  August 27, 2023 I hired *** and Raw Stump and Tree Service to cut down trees and remove all of the waste associated with the removal of the trees. I was in direct contact with ******************************, who goes by just ****** and is the owner and operator of this business. He began the work on a Monday and he would do a little work and have an excuse and promise to return. He didn't come consistently and when he did come he would leave large equipment on my property and would request money to pay his workers or gas to get to or from my house. He did cut down the trees that we agreed to over four weeks but once they were down he didn't do much after that besides giving one excuse after another. Sometimes while I wasn't home he or someone else would come to collect some of his equipment while not doing any work at my house. I even took off from work to wait for him to complete his work. He left my yard in a complete mess and even left my trees in my neighbors' yards. I tried to work with him, to have the city pick up the waste and he didn't even cut the trees down enough so I could get the city to pick them up even though he was supposed to remove them. I constantly tried to contact him via phone and text messages to find out when he would clean up the mess. He started with excuses and eventually stopped answering me and I had to hire someone else to clean my neighbors' yard. In the meantime, I've given him many opportunities to remove the literal tons of trees and debris from my yard like we originally agreed and he has yet to do so. I paid him $5200 in full and have proof. He has now left me in a bind that I have to hire another person to clean all of my yard. The trees were in the backyard but the waste is all around the ********************* of my house. It's now November 5, 2023 and my yard is still a mess it has been six weeks since he's even tried to do any work. He is full of sob stories, unreliable and simply not a man of his word.

  I hired *** and raw stump and tree service (******************************) to remove trees and stumps as well as remove cement , grade yard , add dirt and gravel to driveway, install french drains, clean up yard. The payment was ********* quoted at ***** for said work. It has been approx. 12 weeks since beginning of work. The trees were removed and the cement was removed. ****** needed money up front for dirt, gravel, and french drains. I obliged and received none of said product and of course the work was never completed. my yard was completely torn up and left with gulches everywhere. He was responsible for broken fencing, broken water pipe, broken side walk. left trash piles all over my yard and I have now received a nuisance violation letter from the city. to date he has been given ***** dollars. I reguest ***** dollars back to make me whole. I have had to hire another company to finish the job. He left his equipment sitting in my yard for months and could not be believed about anything. Some of the money was given in cash and he promised to send a receipt but never did. Some was sent by zelle and I do have those receipts but do not know how to get them to this email. I have pictures on my phone but do not know how to get them to this email from phone.
